The flat was as described and provided the space and amenities needed for my short stay. The flat manager, Mr. Guilherme Lopes da Costa was very responsive to my needs and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was completely satisfied with my time, stay and experience at the flat.

The attention to detail in making the apartment readily available was as excellent as it gets. The landlord made sure that everything that was advertised was as neat as possible in a very professional manner. If something was out of place he would solve the situation as fast as possible. The only main problem came when we needed contract documentation to get a temporal resident permit, we tried for 3 months to get the appropriate documentation to deliver to the ministry of interior and the cooperation with the landlord was quite deplorable and we did not receive the final document and had to send a letter to cancel the application and leave the country. So, unless you need a resident permit, the experience is a 10/10.

The flat is as nice as shown in the photos. I stayed there with my wife for almost a month, and we had a great time. The location is amazing: at the center of Barcelona, 4 min. walk from Plaça de Catalunya, thus close to basically everything one needs: supermarkets, various types of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. The connection to other parts of the city via public transport is excellent. Anabela, the owner, is another highlight of renting this apartment. She helped us with literally everything we needed, and was extremely attentive and kind. I strongly recommend this flat to anyone interested in getting to know this beautiful city.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, and it was pretty clean when we got there. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. The host was very amiable and helpful. PROS: location space cleanliness pressure cooker (amazing!) toaster CONS: There's a problem with wifi in the corner of the living room where tv stands. It makes watching Netflix difficult sometimes (it might be a problem, but you can neither move the router nor the tv). The water heater is not very modern/eco, and it takes time for water to warm. It's not easy to adjust it easily. The pans are old. We needed to buy one. To sum up: I would revisit this place, and I can highly recommend it.

Our stay at Isabel’s place was excellent! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The patio and exterior storage areas are very convenient. Isabel was an accommodating landlord!

The apt is in a good state and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't really cooperative and broke contract terms on several points, which made my stay suboptimal – to say the least. - First, the internet didn't work properly, although I informed about this in advance due to my remote work. The landlord confirmed this, but then simply blamed the issues on citywide upgrades and wasn't willing to provide any alternative (I bought a mobile 5g hotspot to get by). - Secondly, the doorbell wasn't working. I was promised it would be fixed during my check-in, but it wasn't. Of course this was not a dealbreaker but still quite inconvenient, especially when getting things delivered from Amazon etc. - Third, the landlord tried to have me out of the apt well before the checkout time in the contracts. Mistakes can happen, but we confirmed this in writing during check-in and I even reminded about this the night before checkout. However, they still sent 2 cleaners almost 6 hours before the checkout who kept waited at my door – very disturbing during my workday. Even contacting Flat.io didn't help as they couldn't do anything and the landlord didn't replied to them either. Unfortunately therefore I can't recommend to book this.

Very clean, modern, and practical, comfortable for a stay in the city. The location is perfect for access to the city, e.g. it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the cathedral or the famous fruit market. The owner was very helpful every time we asked, including providing us with transportation on arrival and departure and sending us the address of a nearby electronics store so we could find a computer cord we had left at home.

Good place to stay, rooms are nice, clean and in very good condition. Kitchen is big and there’s nothing missing in everyday cooking. The Landlord is kind and understanding, good communication in english. Neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet (during the night too). Good public transport, especially to the city center - 20mins by direct tram, and there is also a night tram. A lot of greenery and parks around.

The apartment was exactly what I wanted for my stay in Budapest. It was roomy, comfortable and had all the necessary items needed. The location was quiet and convenient to all public transportation but a walkable neighborhood to feel like a local. The rental was a smooth process and my contact with Jobelhome was always available and helpful for whatever I needed. I only wish I would have booked a longer stay!
