We had an amazing stay here and wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic apartment with a comfortable bed, great internet, near to everything and friendly and easy-to-reach landlord. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend to anyone staying in Budapest! :)

Byt je příjmený a útulný, Emanuele moc ochotný, ale na pár věcech - vybavení kuchyně, el. zásuvky atp., se dá ještě zapracovat. Bydlení jinak doporučuji. :)

The apartment was amazing! So clean and modern and in the best location! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful river views, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom was large and modern with enough room to turn around and bend down in the shower. Besides being adjacent to a busy street, the location is good. You are within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to the Antiga Museum, Le Chat restaurant, and the April 25th park. 300 meters from Bloom restaurant (excellent brunch), and 250 meters from a pastry and coffee shop. Delicious pizza restaurant on the same street (2-3 minute walk). Small grocery /mini-stores are meters away. The bus stop is nearby. The location is walkable to the LX Factory, Millineum bank, Novo bank, Fado, Sushi, Greek, Nepalese, and local Portuguese restaurants. Stop #13 or #14 Yellow bus Hop-on, Hop-off Belem tour is located at Docas docks 10 minutes away as well as the Hippo tour. After eating at the many restaurants on the main street, walk, jog, or bike to burn calories on the designated waterfront path which is 5 minutes away. Walk to the Belem Tower or the Praça do Comércio. Whatever direction is chosen, you will end your days with views of the April 25th Bridge and Cristo Rei (Christ statue) across the Tagus river.

Pravý Vinohradský byt s příjemným okolím a restauracemi. Interiér bytu je pečlivě zrekonstruován a vkusně zařízen. Byt je v klidné části ulice Slezská a ve 4. patře, takže jsme měli úplný klid na spánek a zároveň jsou z kuchnyě krásné výhledy na Prahu. Hana byla skvělá hostitelka a vyšla nám ve všem vstříc a komunikace s ní byla rychlá a efektivní:). Jsme rádi, že jsme mohli bydlet měsíc v tomto bytě.

We've been living in Prague for three months and two of them we stayed in this flat. It was really nice and comfortable. Natalia is very kind and polite.

The flat was clean, very comfy, has a great location and is easily accessible.

Nice flat, nice neighbourhood

Everything was great. The apartment has the perfect location for families and a good connection by public transport to the city centre. Nearby Brazilian restaurant, Pingu grocery shop was also very nice. The shower, dryer deserve cosmetic repairments, but nothing crucial. The wifi was reliable and fast enough. Overall we were happy.

The apartment was convenient to every area of Prague. Easy to walk to all major attractions and multiple trams and Metro. The Quadro Mall less than 2 minutes away has every type of store and food from basics to finished goods. Food court with healthy options and many vegetarian restaurants and every type of amazing food and drink options you could expect from a central apartment in the city. The apartment was quiet except on Karaoke nights at the hotel across the courtyard. This was because we sleep with the windows open. When the windows were closed it was very quiet. The internet is super fast and we had no trouble working on line and with the connection. The bed is a double which are two singles together but very comfortable. We used the washer and drying rack and we ran the spin program one extra time but everything would dry The kitchen wall was well equipped including a full kitchen. I was able to make several meals. It does only have a hob and no oven or toaster but I was able to toast bread in the heavy skillet in the apartment. We loved everything but I will tell you it was difficult for me to get into the shower. The door opens in and to get around the door I had to really push into the wall to achieve it. I am full figured (fat). My husband is very thin and had the same problem. The owner was very easy to work with and responded immediately. The young girl that represented him for the hand over was on time and communicated in English so we were greeted immediately and even though we were delayed at the airport she was able to work around the travel issue. There is a great little bar next to the building which is very traditional. Inexpensive beers, very small and great bar snacks. No English spoken but I think I got a true Czech experience. I would stay here again.

I spent 1 month in this house, I liked it my stay, good house for short and long term, it has everything you need, the host is so kind as well.

Thank you for a great stay at a great place! The flat is perfectly situated in the very center of Prague, so everything necessary for everyday life is within walking distance. The area is wonderful and boasts excellent coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. I felt like home all the while feeling Prague's vibrant heartbeat. The house in which the flat is located is very quiet, so restful nights are guaranteed. Magnus, who handled my stay instead of Maxim, was very helpful and responsive and a wonderful person to talk to. All thumbs up!

The flat is fully equipped and the location is great. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is great. the building is new and it has a supermarket and restaurants at the ground floor.

Beautiful sunny apartment in a safe, quiet area. Simonetta and the team were extremely helpful and made sure to check that everything was going well during my stay.

Liliana was very friendly and helpful. And apartment was amazing, it had everything you need, even pool. Location is also great, near to the train station (but very quiet) and beach.
