The apartment was in perfect condition; clean and modern appliances. Nice and spacious with good natural light. Apartment was in a great location within walking distance to a shopping mall, metro station, and a nice park. Tomas was a great landlord. Very prompt responses and very accomodating. I would highly reccomend this apartment.

Nice flat in a great area near the city center.
Everything you need is reachable by walking.
The flat's kitchen is well equipped.
The service was REALLY good, when we had any questions we had a very fast reaction and everything got solved perfectly.

My partner and I stayed at Estela’s flat for 10 months and it was fantastic. The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the main attractions and city centre, and it also has brilliant transport links to the rest of the city. There are a variety of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby but the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat itself is very spacious, comfortable to live in and it has everything you need. One of the best things about our stay was having Estela as our landlady. She is very caring and responsive, and she went above and beyond every time we needed help with anything during our stay. We’ve absolutely loved our experience living there and would definitely recommend staying there!

Lived there for one year and I have to say. Over the time when COVID was at its strongest which forced us to remain in the house more often and longer than in normal situation, I still really liked the house. The house was comfy from the first moment all the way till the end.

Marketa is amazing landlord and whenever there was a need or problem she was super easy to reach and always make the effort to solve it.

From me this was one of the nicest experiences I had and if anyone is considering this house it’s a solid yes!

Great location and great apartment! Stayed here for around 5 months and enjoyed living in the very center of Prague. Martina is an awesome host who will help you with anything you need, she is super quick to respond as well. The receptionists are awesome, they made our stay even more lovely! They can also help you with anything and are there 24/7. During the summer heat the room is cool thanks to the AC, and the room is also very quite, even though it is on one of the busiest streets in Prague.
The only "improvement" I would suggest, is to take out the extra bed and put in a couch (perhaps one you can turn into a bed). That would make the space even more comfortable. Anyways, thank you Martina and the whole staff for an awesome stay in one of the best locations, in one of the best cities in the world!

Really nice flat, it has everything that you can possibly need for your stay in Lisbon! Francisco is very nice and helpful, if something was broken he came directly to fix it. Excellent location as well, really nice neighbourhood!
