Pavlina is a very nice and friendly landlord. The flat is very clean and cozy. All amenities and utilities function well. The area is very quiet. The flat is on the groundfloor so it’s easy access but comes at expense of limited daylight in winter.

Odpovídá fotografiím. Velice prostorné. Krásné parkety. Nová koupelna. Krásný výhled. Pouze ne až tak čisté, pravděpodobně protože nebylo dlouho neužívané. Trochu hlučnější, ale výhled za to stojí. Určitě budeme rezervovat znovu.

Overall, this flat was a great deal. Basically a mid-term rental for a long-term price (I guess the price was affected by the covid crysis pretty much but it was still great). There was a hidden mandatory 1000 CZK cleaning fee. It was communicated clearly before the contract signing (so I could have still changed my mind) and it was still a great deal with that extra 1000... but still... The flat was very well equipped. It contained a fridge, microwave and a modern washing machine which were not mentioned in the description, it was a pleasant surprise. Would miss a writing/PC table if I did not have my own. There were more than enough sheets and towels. The flat was not dirty but it was not super-clean either (which kinda contrasts with the mandatory extra fee). I had to re-wash some dishes and pots for example. The location is really great. Right in the city centre, plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Great transport accesibility. If you are sensitive to noises of the night-life, beware this is not really quiet: there are plenty of drunkards under the windows every night. Still, it is located in a smaller street so for the city center it's actually pretty good. The building is nice, with nice courtyard. Recommended. For the price at the time it was great.

Skvělý designový byt v relativně nedávno zrekonstruovaném komplexu se veškerým vybavením které můžete potřebovat (vč. např. sušičky a klimatizace); byt se nachází v samostatné budově přístupné přes vnitroblok se zelení; velmi klidné, tiché a příjmené místo.

It's a good flat in excellent location. I lived there during the summer 2020. Julia have been responsive and quick in resolving any questions or issues I had. Can only give my highest recommendations.

Již druhý pobyt v tomto ubytování. Stále perfektní. Vkusně zařízený a plně vybavený byt má prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňskou stěnou, která je moderně zařízena. Bydleli jsme zde s malým dítětem, proto jsme ocenili úložné prostory na chodbě a pohodlnou manželskou postel v ložnici. Vše bylo čisté a jako nové, v bytě se nám moc dobře bydlelo. Nemalou zasluhu na tom má i příjemná a ochotná majitelka. Velkými výhodami bytu se nám zdálo neplacené parkování před domem, možnost využití předzahrádky s trávníkem a hlavně poloha v klidné vilové zástavbě blízko přírody s MHD téměř za rohem. Byt rozhodně doporučujeme, i k delšímu pobytu.

I've had a wonderful time at Marias place. She took care of everything very properly (especially the disinfection and distancing rules) and fixed every problem I had immediately. I felt like part of a family there and the house is a great place because its spacious, clean and cozy. My room was also a calm place to work from and sleep even though the house is in the north center of Lisbon. Highly recommend staying at Marias place, I will definitely come back :)

дом крутой. мы были тама около месяца. нам все понравилось. уютный дом. вся техника имеется кроме духовки. удобства у дома кафе травмай и тд ... да в принципе все есть... дом не для четверых а для троих норм...и цена приемлимая...с меня 10звезд

Mindennel nagyon elégedett voltam, a lakás is teljesen megfelelő volt az igényeimnek, a bérbeadó pedig nagyon segítőkész, együttműködő és végtelenül kedves és szimpatikus 😊. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Great space in a cool location with a great host.

Tady byl opravdu příjemný pokoj. Mých oči byli správně. Sympatické spolubydlící, čisté hezké pokoji, kuchyň, barkon, pračka, topení... všechny jsou perfektní.

Very kind and helpful owner, who also helps you with questions regardless of the apartment. Very suitable for a short stay in Budapest in an ideal location. Everything is easily accessible by train, bus or on foot.

The flat was nice , clean , and with great location

Ekaterina is a wonderful owner with great communication through out booking and our stay. Apartment is lovely clean spacious and in excellent location all transport links bus tram are 1 min walk from apartment. supermarkets shops take away restaurant all 1 min walk, Prague centre 10 mins on 1 straight bus or tram. beautiful park opposite the apartment. Fantastic Thai restaurant below the apartment we ate here 3 times a week. Apartment has everything you need very well equipped with all kitchen and cooking utensils. We stayed for a month and will defo be booking to stay again next time we go to Prague.
