Skvělá a ochotná komunikace, byt je perfektní a ideální pro 1-2 osoby, oceňuji skvělou a prostornou terasu a fantastickou lokalitu v momentálně velmi trendy lokalitě pražských Holešovic, v dosahu nepřeberné množství obchodů, restaurací, ihned na tramvajové zastávce a přitom byt, jenž je situován do dvora je zárukou klidu. Doufám že budu mít možnost se někdy vrátit!

Karel, his wife and also his staff are great people, they are very kind and also speak an excellent English. They are very cooperative and they help you a lot if needed.
The apartment was full of the necessary stuff and very cozy, also is plenty of amenities :) I liked a lot.
The position also is top, my apartment in Nusle was very near tram stops, 15 min to city center and 10 minutes from arkady pankratz commercial center!
Super recommend! :)

Staying in this appartment was excellent! Appartment is very nice, fully equipted and you feel like at home. Location is quite and very close to the center. Owner is very nice person prepared to help you with everything.

I had a very pleasing experience in this flat. I could walk to almost all relevant touristic points in Prague, go to good restaurants, stay in a vey vibrant neighbourhood and at the same enjoy a very quiet and nice home.

I stayed here for 3 months as a student intern and this studio just had everything I needed. The greatest advantage compared to other places is that it has a diswasher and a washing machine.

Barbora is very friendly and if there is something wrong she immediately fixes it without delay. She always responds quick whenever you need her.

Everything that you might need is nearby. Supermarket Billa is a 5 minutes walk and the butcher and bakery are even closer. You can reach the centre within 30 minutes by public transport.

All in all it is a great place to stay for one or maybe even two people for a long time. If I were to stay in Prague for a while again I would definitely choose this place again.

I lived here almost four months. Apartment is really nice, well equipment and in excellent location. Quiet and cosy place to stay. Landlord is living nextdoor and always helping if needed. I definitely would stay again in this apartment.

This flat is cosy and nice! We enjoyed our time there. Especially the district Zizkov was so good with its many parks and cafés!
We have been there with our little son. The backyard of this house was perfect him for crawling and playing in the mown.
Also Barbora is a kind and nice landlady.
I recommend this flat and like to come back!! :-)
