The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The location is excellent — close to the park, the beach, restaurants, shops, a bank, a pharmacy, bike rentals, bus and tram stops. Nolan is a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend both him and his place.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Alfama!

I had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this apartment in Alfama. From the moment I arrived, the host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—warm, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that truly made my stay special. It felt less like checking into a rental and more like being welcomed by a friend.

The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. Waking up to the sounds of the historic neighborhood and enjoying a coffee with views over the charming streets below was unforgettable.

Alfama is one of the most authentic and atmospheric neighborhoods in Lisbon, and this location couldn’t be more perfect—steps away from fantastic restaurants, live Fado music, quaint alleyways, and viewpoints with stunning city and river views. Staying here made it easy to explore the best of what Lisbon has to offer.

I spent six months in Prague for a research and training period at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague 6. I chose this accommodation because it’s only a 20-minute walk from the university, and I couldn’t have made a better choice.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, making it very comfortable for a long stay. It's located just 10 minutes from the Borislavka metro station, which connects you to the city center in just three stops. The station also has a Lidl, several cafés, and other useful shops right inside.
The neighborhood around the accommodation is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of green areas and parks, perfect for relaxing or taking a walk.
Most importantly, the landlords are exceptionally kind and helpful. They were always available if I needed anything, and even lent me a bicycle for the entire six months.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, well-connected, and welcoming place to stay in Prague.

This lovely apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, worry-free stay. It's in a great spot, and we especially loved the kitchen, which has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The host, Cláudia, offers outstanding hospitality. From the very beginning, she was incredibly polite, always available, and quick to respond to any messages. Her helpfulness made our entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

It's so easy to see right away why Sila is a superstar host. She is wonderfully warm, welcoming, communicative, and eager to help you make the most of your time here! As for the place, it's meticulously set up for enjoyment and no hassles. Cutely decorated, lots of cleaning products, extra sheets, towels, ameneities for working, cooking, etc. I had a lovely time, it was a refreshing break from months in end of just a hotel room to feeling "at home" for a little while. As for the location, 12 minute shady walk to the metro to get to other areas easily, and plenty of nice cafes and minimarts within walking distance. Even hair dressers, tailors, pharmacy, very close by. I hope to stay again in the future!

Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant—she’s a genuinely kind and attentive person. The apartment, though not very big, was just right for my stay in Berlin. I especially loved the terrace—it was the perfect place for breakfast or a beer in the evening. The location is great too, with excellent public transport links and several interesting areas within walking distance. I’d happily stay here again.

Sonia always answers any questions I may quickly and efficiently. The house is kept very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a train station and bus stop close by. The neighborhood is safe. It's a very nice area.

Silke bietet ihren Mietern eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung an, die mit ihren polierten Dielen, bodentiefen Fenstern und dem Blick über "die drei Meere" ein Gefühl der Weite der Seele vermittelt. Silke legt mit vielen Détails großen Wert auf ihre Wohnung, was auch jedem Mieter zugute kommt. Silke kennt die Stadt, die Umgebung, das Land bestens und lässt den Gast durch eine umfangreiche Broschüre davon profitieren. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, sogar bei Fragen, die man als Nicht-Neuseeländer eben hat, für die sie aber keineswegs "zuständig" sein "muss". Sie beantwortet E-Mails sehr schnell, wenn die Tageszeit(en) und ihre Situation es zulassen, manchmal innerhalb einer Stunde. Ich kann sie als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.

The apartment is absolutely magnificent. Everything is brand new, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It has a modern feel and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home.
