This is a nice place.. well located and well equipped. I recommend it 100%. Communication with the owner isn’t very efficient, but it’s worth staying here. I felt at home.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Moc se nám v tomto domě líbilo. Je na klidném místě, přes den ani v noci Vás tam nic neruší. Výhled na oceán a zapadající slunce jsme si každý den užívali.Přitom máte blízko vše v okolí. Výhodou je parkovací kryté stání přímo před vstupem do domu. Když jsme potřebovali něco řešit s panem Filipe, byl vždy k dispozici a naše požadavky vyřešil. Toto místo velice doporučuji!

I’m hesitant to write this…because I selfishly want to keep this place a secret, but Matilde deserves every bit of praise. This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space is calm, welcoming, and so thoughtfully maintained. The location was perfect — away from busy streets and areas but still very convenient. Matilde is kind, responsive, and genuinely warm. You can feel that she truly cares about her guests and wants us to feel at home, which I really appreciate. She even went out of her way to offer tips on where to explore in the city, which led me to some of my favourite Lisbon memories. If you’re lucky enough to find availability, don’t think twice. Just don’t book when I’m in Lisbon please as I consider this my Lisbon home. 🙏🏽🥹

Nice apartment, well maintained and same as the pictures. Has all the necessary things. Everything went smooth and easy. Good neighborhood, with parks close, not very busy and quiet. Good communication with the host too.

Very good place and very good landlords. I should come back anytime.

Kateřina was a great host, who was extremely helpful - going above and beyond - when I made a clumsy mistake. She was responsive to my messages. She was also flexible and accommodating with my needs when my dad visited. The flat is great and I recommend both the place and Kateřina!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it’s clean and incredibly comfortable. The space is beautifully and everything felt thoughtfully prepared, cozy bedding and well equipped kitchen. The location is also a big plus quiet enough to relax, but close to everything you might need, including shops, cafes, and transport. The natural light during the day was gorgeous, and the evenings were peaceful. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was easy. I’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend

I had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, pleasant and had everything I needed to make me feel at home. It was exactly like the pictures they posted on the website. The balcony overlooks a lovely garden filled with flowers and trees. The area is so quiet that you could hear the birds in the morning and the faint sound of the church bells in the distance. The owner was wonderful and was available to help with anything I needed. She was an absolutely lovely person, and I was so happy to meet her. I couldn't have had a better experience in this beautiful city.

The flat is in a central position, is new and very well managed. There is everything necessary for a short stay in Porto of a few weeks. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom new and big. The common room has a nice, comfortable sofa and a great kitchen, if you love cooking as I do! Marianna is great, such a nice person and host! I will be back for sure!

Muy bien todo con la estancia, Carla resolvió todas nuestras dudas con rapidez y de forma correcta. El estudio cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios y el edificio tienen un WhatsApp por el que se puede agendar la limpieza semanal. Todo el edificio muy limpio y nuevo, con seguridad a la entrada y en la planta -1 hay para poner la lavadora y secadora. Muy agradable la estancia, la recomiendo al 100% (nos dieron una habitación diferente a la de las fotos pero igual de bonita y con terraza)

The location of the apartment is amazing. It is safe and quite. It is also very close to many restaurants and cafes. It is 5 minutes walk to Metro. There is farmers market in 3-4 minutes walking distance and also a wonderful park 5 minutes walk where you can watch the sunset. Eliska (the host) is amazing. She is very responsive and helpful. She helped me whenever I need something. I totally recommend this apartment.

The property's location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. Whether you want to explore historic sites, museums such as the Gulbenkian museum, which is barely a 5-minute walk, enjoy the vibrant local dining scene, or just take a leisurely stroll through charming streets, you’ll find it all just steps away. The property itself is spotless—immaculately clean and clearly maintained with great care. Everything felt fresh and well-kept, from the linens to the bathroom. You can really tell cleanliness is a priority here, which added so much peace of mind to the stay. Additionally, the surrounding area has everything one could possibly need. Cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, gyms and public transportation are all conveniently close. It made getting around and enjoying daily life incredibly easy. All in all, this was a five-star experience, and Matilde was the heart of it. We would return in a heartbeat—and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, centrally-located place with an exceptional host.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. It has everything to cook :) <3 Although it’s being renovated at the moment, there’s a fantastic supermarket right across the street. I lived in it around 6 months, I'll miss it. <3

Jéssica was a truly fantastic host – exceptionally responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in process seamless. The apartment on Rua Conde Sabugosa exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The location is incredibly convenient. While the street itself is pleasantly quiet, it’s just a short walk from the Roma metro station (Green Line), making city-wide travel effortless. A huge advantage is the proximity to the Roma-Areeiro train station, which was perfect for weekend day trips. The neighborhood itself has a wonderful local feel, with great traditional cafés and shops nearby. It's an ideal spot for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-connected base in Lisbon. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again!
