I had a truly wonderful experience staying in this apartment — it’s without a doubt one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Porto. From the first day, everything was warm, organized, and welcoming. The room is bright, cozy, and beautifully decorated, giving a peaceful and positive energy that makes you feel instantly at home.

The location is absolutely perfect. Within just a few meters, you can find everything — from small local cafés and traditional Portuguese restaurants to international spots like kebab and sushi places. There are also budget-friendly dining options, a bank, a pharmacy, a gym, and even beauty and skincare shops right around the corner. The biggest metro and bus stations — as well as the city’s main public transport hub — are just a short walk away, making it extremely easy to move anywhere in Porto.

The building is new, clean, and very well maintained. It has an elevator, no humidity or unpleasant odors, and always feels fresh and elegant. Inside, you’ll find a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and 10 Gb/s high-speed internet — ideal for anyone working or studying remotely.

Zahra, the host, is truly an amazing person. She’s professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I had several things to buy and organize, and she helped me so much — always patient and respectful. She even cooked a few delicious meals and shared them with me, which made me feel like part of the family. It’s rare to meet someone with such genuine kindness and hospitality.

The neighborhood is safe, clean, and full of life — yet the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day. You can walk anywhere you need within a few minutes, and everything you could possibly want is nearby.

Overall, this was a perfect experience. The apartment is ideal for students, professionals, or anyone who wants to live comfortably in Porto’s most central and convenient area. Everything — from the location and cleanliness to the host’s warmth — was simply excellent.

I’m truly thankful for the time I spent here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, safe, and welcoming home in Porto.

This is a very nice and beautiful old house. I'm in love with it. Everything is very stylishly decorated with respect for history and convenience for residents. If you are thinking of staying there, do not hesitate, you will be very happy there. Interaction with the hosts is very simple, they respond to all questions and requests instantly. On the territory of the house there are beautiful flowers and a place to relax, as well as parking for a car. The only small disadvantage is that there is no washing machine. But there is a self-storage laundry in the town. It's very convenient to wash and dry everything you need there.

If you want a place to stay for long time in Prague, this is the best for sure.

5 min from metro, 4 markets nearby, lot of restaurants and really quiet street.

Eliška was a super friendly and helpful host! No matter what we needed, she was always available and ready to help. The apartment itself is in a great location and has everything you need—and much more. I am very happy with my stay and would come back anytime!

If my ratings here could be like the movie Spinal Tap, I would say we need to crank it up to 11. I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible my stay was, from the booking, to check-in, to the initial help provided while settling in, and straight on through the entire month. This is a family-run business and everyone I dealt with in terms of the flat itself, to the cleaning and the laundry, not only provided exceptional service, but made me feel truly welcome, me almost like a part of the family. I will definitely be returning to Madeira (soon, I hope) and if I do I hope to stay here again. I would also add that, though I was not here for remote work and the space was still receiving its finishing touches, the adjacent co-working space looks like it would be equally as awesome. I never provide review for the places I’ve stayed, but I just had to provide my sincere and honest feedback here so that others will follow suit and book their stay here. Até logo amigas!

There was a lot of building construction but otherwise the area is a great location!

Noemi is an excellent host. She was always available to answer any questions we had and her check in instructions were clear and accurate. She has really gone the extra mile to make sure that guests are comfortable in the apartment and have a great time in Budapest.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. I was plesantly surprised to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. One of my favorite activities was sitting relaxing on the front balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the marina view, and people watching. It is close to grocery stores, shops, bus stop, recycle spot, the beach, and restaurants. I would stay here aaain.

The location is very nice, just in the city center and the appartment looks ok. We had a small issue with the cleaning, but that was immediately fixed by the owner, so a 10 for collaboration.
Some more suggestion for improvement would be to have a Smart TV/Chromecast, especially for longer stays and change the pans which are at the end of their live.

Everything was amazing, the host was very friendly and the house was clean, cozy and with every facility that you need for a rental. The views are amazing, Sao Vicente is definetly an amazing town.

The apartment is well equipped and in a very good area 15 minutes away from the center using public transport while being free of the noise of the city. Supermarkets in walking distance and very easy to park on the street right under the building.
The area is specially beautiful after April when everything starts getting greener.

I didn't have many problems but when I had Ondřej was always very responsive and helpful.

Maurice is the most wonderful host, so accommodating and helpful. The apartment is so lovely - in a fantastic location, really near a great supermarket, super easy to get everywhere, fab areas nearby, 10-15 min walk from the train station which is great for beach days - we spent 3 very happy months here! All the neighbours are so kind too, we really felt at home and we were so sad to leave! Thank you Maurice! Until next time :)
