The common spaces and kitchen were decent, there were no major problems. The induction stove and the oven works very well, there is plenty of cupboard space and fridge space and I always felt comfortable using them.

The toilets were also okay, there was always hot water although I would have loved some shared hand towels that would be changed every few days in the bathrooms.

The main problem with this accommodation was with the room we were in, which was the worst room by far in the coliving.

Something we noticed immediately when coming in the room: horrible mold and rotten moistrure smell, like when leaving washed clothes in the washer for days. Realised the smell is coming from the wardrobe, making it unusable. Horrible unlivable smell. We tried cleaning it ourselves a few times with bleach and different solutions, airing it out with a fan, and we complained to the host, they cleaned it as well but nothing fixed the smell. In the end we just kept it closed and far away from us. We lived from our suitcase for the whole stay. The room needs a new wardrobe and drawers.

The chairs in the room were also incredibly dirty, maybe even moldy, we covered them with t-shirts and sat on them that way, since they were disgusting. They are also very uncomfortable for working. This is not the case for the other rooms, they have good working chairs and desks, but this room in particular had unusable chairs. There is no sunlight in the room anyway, so we spent most of the time working in the common areas. We just used the room for sleeping.


Overall the common areas are okay-ish, maybe the cleaning team can do a bit better and deep-clean more often, and some of the other rooms are very nice. Unfortunately the room we were in is the worst and it definitely needs an upgrade to the chairs and wardrobe. There is virtually zero sunlight in the room, but it says that in the description.

The supermarket is 20 meters from the coliving, there is a nice park very close by as well. There is a major bus stop very close by as well, which makes it easy to take a bus to wherever you need to go.

I stayed for 6 months in Room 4 during my Erasmus exchange. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the Obelisco campus (where I studied) and less than a minute away from the HiperDino supermarket. It is also very easy to reach both the historic district (Vegueta) and the modern area around Las Canteras by bus.
The flat itself is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. I had the pleasure of living with friendly and respectful flatmates, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The landlords were always easy to reach and helpful whenever needed.

The neighborhood is quiet, with a lot of schools and coffee places around.

house has cockroaches. one day I woke up with 3 in my bedroom. host said they can't do much about it. I am a young girl and was looking for digital nomad vibes, to work with other young like minded people but the only people coming and going the whole time were old, unclean men. for a month long, my whole stay. which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't enjoy living in a dirty old men dominated place as a 26 year old. probably not what you're looking for if you want to rent long term as a young female digital nomad. there were some small wifi and water issues for a short time but the host was very responsive to these issues and they were rapidly solved.

One of the two main bus stations, Santa Catalina, is 10 mins walk from the appartment.
Great supermarket Dino is right down on the street, so is many bars, restaurants, cafés. Popular San Remo bar where weekly nomads meetups happen is 2 mins from the house.
The beach is also very close.
Everything in the walking distance.
BUT the street is kinda noisy, especially in the night with garbage trucks cleaning the trash.. Earplugs recommanded

The management are nice and decent people so I'll try to be as honest as possible here. This can definitely be a very good coliving but as the house in general is great, but mgmt needs to fix some mistakes they have been doing.

They should be honest with the room descriptions (my room had very thin walls so it was hard to sleep at night), some facilities like table tennis table were not available, there was mention of bikes to rent but they didn't exist. The management really should pre-screen the renters as my experience for the past 2 months is that this was more of a hostel rather than co-living, leading to a less than ideal atmosphere.

All in all it was good experience still and the mistakes can be easily fixed so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt :)

The apartment exceeded all expectations and I mostly had everything that I needed during my 3-month stay. I especially loved that the apartment has a balcony, and that my bedroom had a view of the mountains in the distance. The building managers were always kind and helpful.

It's a great neighborhood to live in, especially given that it's very close to Las Canteras. My biggest gripe was the noise in the neighborhood, especially during the weekend, since there's quite a number of bars and clubs.

The flat was clean and modern, and the communication with the landlord was very very efficient.

It's not the closest to Las Canteras, which is the most sought of area in the city, especially for expats, though busses run often, they are cheap, and in the worst case scenario you'd be just 30 minutes away walking from there, and the walk is super safe even late at night.

Es gab nur eine Putzkraft und bei Ausfall dieser wurde keine andere Person geschickt.

The apartment is big and comfortable, in a good position in the city.
The furniture is overall ok; most everyday items are already provided. The owner is cooperative enough, communication is good and timely.
Issues with cockroaches due to the zone in town, although it has been addressed by the landlord multiple times.
The apartment is exploited for both long and short stays, so there is quite a change of roommates and the hygienic standard can sometimes suffer from this.
