This is a wonderful space, so quaint and is ideally located. Owner was so flexible and supportive.
PRO: garden with sunlight throughout the day, neighborhood feel, beautifully curated, peaceful, quiet, inspiring space.
CON: mold smell in flat, and drain flies after a few days.

A lovely home with all the appliances you need for a comfortable long term stay. Quiet and private. The garden is a highlight. We had a great time at João's place.

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and counts on every single detail (such as kitchen appliances, towels, linen, blankets, etc.). The garden is wonderful and counts on a bbq.
Owners are super nice and resolutive, the communication flow was great and they sorted any issue we could potentially have.
I will 100% recommend and definitely repeat the experience as soon as I can! Obrigada João!

Lovely neighborhood, pharmacy, bakeries, cafés, barber, nail salon, … it has everything! 5 min walk from the beach and the train station (Caxias).

Beautiful apartment in a nice town. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay close to the beach and also close to Lissabon. We enjoyed the little garden and the beautiful interior in the apartment. We had small plumbing issues but the service of the landlord was great and someone came to fix it immediately. The neighbourhood soon felt like home as the locals were very welcoming. Overall our experience was great!
