Additionally, the building has an elevator with views of the ocean and a 2-minute walk to the beach, 1 minute to a grocery store, and 5 minutes to the town market and multiple restaurants. Excellent location for relaxation. The owner was very helpful. The apartments have everything you need for a long-term stay. The apartment is very bright, large bathroom. Air conditioner with voice control. Unfortunately, internet not very stable, because of old 2.4Ghz router, bit it works. Among the inconveniences in winter, mold appears in the bedroom and shower; the air conditioner cannot cope with drying the air. Just be prepared, Perhaps this is because of the ocean, which is 5 minutes away. But in the summer there shouldn’t be such a problem.

We were there during the winter and spring, and its very calm and peaceful place.

LUX Life was wonderful. The unit was super clean and everything was new. The décor is very tasteful and welcoming.
The 2 verandas with ocean view overlooking the cobblestone street is super traditional. Feel like you are in a European movie.
The beach is a 2 minute walk. You have one of the best fish restaurants in Nazare 20 steps from the front door as well as 4 other wonderful restaurants. A small traditional mini market with anything you need to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.
Some additional features include secured entrance, tv, internet, alexa, wi-fi, games, baby crib and more.
You will fall in love with this adorable unit and you will definitely want to come back I know I do.
Great host, available at all times of the day. Property is brand new with elevator and steps away from a mini market, restaurants, convenient store, hair dresser, Bucher, etc.
You will not be disappointed. With a beach within 1 minute walking.
