First of all, Jane’s an excellent landlord, always available and helpful. Spacious apartment full of natural light. Spent two month here and it was an excellent journey in Jane’s flat !

Two shops 2min away (walking), and a plenty of different restaurants near the savoy 4/5min away.
15min walk to the city center and 40min to the beach.

Staying at the apartment was overall a delightful experience, facilitated by our warm and responsive host, Jane. She promptly answered our questions and ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessities, offering a comfortable living experience in the heart of the vibrant city.

However, a minor drawback was the presence of mosquitoes, a common nuisance in the area. While it didn't significantly mar our overall experience, prospective visitors might want to come prepared with repellents.

Despite this, the hospitality, comfort, and location made our stay at the apartment enjoyable, and we would consider returning, armed with mosquito repellent next time ))

Jane was an amazing cooperator, friendly and helpful.
Apartment was also good - but is very audible and the neighbors were noisy late at night and even at midnight - talking loudly and moving furniture.
During the day there was sometimes a smell of sewage. It was also very good to hear people passing by from the street. The windows could not be opened because everything would be visible from the street. I did not have enough light in the apartment.

On the plus side - easy accessibility to everything, especially to a lot of great cafes. High speed internet (900\200 via cabel)
