I shared this apartment with a friend for five months as part of my Erasmus exchange program, and I can say that my stay went very well. The owner was always available, responsive, and understanding whenever we needed information or help. The apartment is ideally located, close to downtown and very well served by public transportation. I therefore highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Prague.

Bairro
Since the apartment is on the top floor of the building, we’ve never had any issues with neighbors. Overall, the building is very quiet, which is really nice on a day-to-day basis. The neighborhood is also a pleasant place to live, with many shops nearby—including the Billa and Albert supermarkets—which makes shopping and getting around easier.

Very satisfied with the apartment, which is located in a very nice area. Communication with Lukas was smooth and friendly throughout the stay. He was always very helpful and gave us many great tips on restaurants and other things to do. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lukas was a great host, the apartment is well located and furnished tastefully. We really enjoyed the space and the extras he provided for us, and he was always in touch if we needed something. It's easy to get everywhere in Prague from the flat.

The stay was very comfortable,apartments was amazing looks like You at home. Very close to the shops,metro to the centrum .Public parking available near building.Lukas very friendly landlord and available any time .very recommend for stay in His apartments

Perfektný byt, kompletne vybavený, vo vynikajúcej časti Florenc, v okolí niekoľko výborných kaviarní a reštaurácií, rýchla dostupnosť do centra, blízko autobusovej aj vlakovej stanice. Veľmi príjemná komunikácia s majiteľom.
