Nice enough apartment for a short stay. Everything is there, and the smart home features work well.

Very conveniently located to access the city and explore.

The apartment was really great. It’s very well located, right in the center of Pest. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Everything was clean and modern. The apartment is very secure. It was perfect. Thank you, Peter!

The place have a good location, but it was very dirty and the second floor its too low. Not what we expected. We also have some trouble to comunicate with the host prior the arrival.

Was very unsafe near the department.

Talán a legjobb lakás, amit eddig foglaltam! Komplex, comfortos, tiszta, felszerelt! Közel van mindenhez! Különböző nemzetiségek éttermei 2 percre. Tömegközlekedés 2 percre, innen bárhová könnyen el lehet jutni! Valamint a szomszédok is nagyon kedvesek, biztonságos környezet, nagyon jó szomszédok! Biztos vagyok benne, hogy nagyon sokáig fog hiányozni "Alexa"!

1-2 percre van a Blaha Luiza tér, nem nagy, de bármit meg lehet találni itt, pizzeria, fast food, étterem, bevásárlóközpont(spar, DM, pepco, kikk)

Van egy vietnámi étterem a sarkon, nagyon jó és jó árai is vannak.

The flat is ideal for people who like studio apartments. Its “smart” element makes it a fun and unique living experience: the light and the entertainment system are all voice-controlled. You can watch Netflix on a huge screen projected onto the wall, it was quite fun.

The host was amazing, every time I raised an issue he responded quickly and fixed the problem on the day. He made me feel like I was being looked after.

Bairro
The flat is right in the centre. You can get anywhere within 15 minutes on foot but you have plenty of public transport options too. The main tram line (4/6) runs right next to the flat and one of the 4 metro lines (metro line 2) also has a stop 50 metres away from the flat. Several of the main buses stop near the house too (No. 7).
It could not be better located in terms of transport. There is constant police vigilance on the Blaha Lujza square, I felt safe both during the day and coming home late at night.
I would recommend it for solo female travellers as well.
There is a Spar where you can do your grocery shopping and there are several gyms, restaurants, shops, clubs, bars nearby.

Csak pozitív tapasztalatom volt a bérleti idő alatt. Rugalmas kedves bérbeadó. A lakás jól felszerelt rövid vagy akár hosszabb tartózkodás esetére is. Mindenképpen csak ajánlani tudom!

The flat is perfect for people who like studio apartments. It is nicely decorated and there is a huge terrace that would offer an ideal place to work/hang out during the spring and summer months.

The wifi speed was good and the connection was stable.

The owner was also very nice, he made sure I was comfortable and told me to message him should I need anything.

Bairro
The flat is located in the 9th district. You will find mostly locals in this area or international students who go to the nearby medical university. You have everything nearby if you don't feel like going to the centre, there are cafes, Spar supermarket and a Crossfit gym as well within walking distance.
