The apartment is quite fantastic. The open concept layout is spacious but also cozy in the evenings. The addition of the private rooftop patio makes the space that much more unique. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast in the morning sunshine. An added luxury is the private elevator that takes you directly into the suite. It makes bringing home groceries very easy! The location is perfect for getting to the tram, the grocery store is a block away, and there is a convenience store on the corner outside which has fresh fruits, eggs, and all the small items you need. Very easy area to live in. If your looking for a unique, modern, luxury style condo then I can't recommend this place enough.

Bairro
Nice, quieter area than the busy tourist areas. I never heard any outside street noise unless the windows were open. Lots of restaurants and cafes all within a 5 min walk.

Tribistro for brunch, fantastic eggs benny. And Chilli and Lime for some delicious Asian food. The duck curry was one of the best curries I've had.

What an amazing apartment in a great part of town. Michal was great to deal with, always l quick to respond with any issues I may have had. I would highly recommend a stay here!

A quiet neighborhood just a few
blocks from shopping and restaurants. A five minute walk to the tram or 15 to the subway. Everything you need to be comfortable is close by.

U Sadu. A local restaurant open late serving amazing Czech food until late at night.
Riegrovy Sady-beautiful park close by with amazing views

All the photos are corresponding to the real flat appearance. Would recommend this apartament especially if looking for something unique. Terrace is wonderful and picturesque. Michal is a great host!
