Check-in was easy, and the apartment is very centrally located — everything is nearby, while the area is still quiet. The apartment stays cool and has air conditioning in every room, which was very convenient.

A frying pan and some cleaning supplies (mop or vacuum cleaner) were missing, so it was difficult to clean during the stay. The host generally replied quickly, but unfortunately did not bring the items we requested. Cleanliness could also be improved, as there were some noticeable areas with dust and hair.

This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location for exploring. Close to Metro and Central areas, but very quiet with shutters closed.. Mariana communicated well and met me on arrival to show me how everything worked and give me tips on dining, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

A newly renovated apartment on the top floor of a building with an elevator. Close to a market and within walking distance to the train station & metro.Very quiet - a rarity in Portuguese cities. Highly recommended

A lively neighborhood, close to the Bolhao market. There are many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Very convenient location.

I loved staying in this apartment and location. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the location is far enough away from the more touristy areas while also quite centrally located and super close to all your city needs and the main tourist attractions. Additionally Marianna is amazingly resourceful, super kind and a wonderful person overall.

The flat is in a central position, is new and very well managed. There is everything necessary for a short stay in Porto of a few weeks. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom new and big. The common room has a nice, comfortable sofa and a great kitchen, if you love cooking as I do! Marianna is great, such a nice person and host! I will be back for sure!

Central, very close to the Bolhao Market and to the underground station. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and good supermarkets.

We stayed nearly a month in Marianna's beautifully decorated, well equipped, conveniently located and exceptionally clean apartment. Her newly constructed apartment exceeded our every expectation. We particularly appreciated the flawless high-speed internet, which was essential for our work, the whisper-quiet soundproofing that ensured peaceful nights, the incredibly comfortable bed that offered a perfect rest, and the luxurious shower which was a great start to each day. The AC/heating, washer, and coffee machine also contributed significantly to a wonderfully comfortable and stress-free working holiday. You truly thought of every detail to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in your apartment for our first visit to Porto. Thank you so much for everything, Marianna. We wholeheartedly recommend your apartment to anyone visiting Porto, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the future.

Mariana was very kind and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in the apartment, which is perfectly located for exploring Porto. Most of the main sights are within walking distance, making it an ideal base to discover the city. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay.

Bairro
The neighborhood is lively and centrally located. Bolhão Market is just one block away, as is Santa Catarina Street, a bustling area full of shops, cafés, and anything you might need. Liberty Square is also nearby, and it’s easy to walk down to the Ribeira area. There are several grocery stores close by — I especially liked Pingo Doce and Continente for their selection and convenience.

There are a few cafés nearby, but we chose to explore a bit further and found an amazing spot called Dona Mira — perfect for working or relaxing for a while. As for things to see, my best advice is simply to walk around the neighborhood. Almost everything worth visiting in Porto is within easy walking distance.
