Although the apartment only has one bedroom, all the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The owner, Frederico, is very approachable, kind, and friendly.

The apartment is located in front of the river/sea and has a beautiful and relaxing view, despite the noise from the road between the two. Supermarket nearby (300 m), train line also (400 m) and restaurants all around, not to mention a square 200 m away.

I really recommend this flat! The view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of great restaurants and a fantastic café nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Frederico is super kind and always helpful. I had an amazing stay for over a month and would definitely stay here again!
