My son and I stayed in this apartment for 32 days, and it was truly a wonderful experience for both of us. The location couldn't be better—public transport makes it easy to reach anywhere in Budapest, and many of the city's most famous viewpoints are even within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning workouts and the breathtaking night views of Budapest. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a family trip to Budapest.

Really nice apartment right in the heart of Budapest, great location, walking distance from everything. The place is well equipped and comfortable, exactly as described. Agnes and Andra were super easy to deal with throughout the whole stay, always responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever needed. The whole experience felt very smooth and personal, which makes a real difference during a longer stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Tiszta és jól felszerelt lakást kaptam ami abszolút megfelelt arra, hogy ne csak megszálljak, hanem tényleg ott éljek egy ideig. A konyhában minden megvolt, amire szükségem lehetett, a wifi home office-hoz is stabil volt, az ágy pedig szuper kényelmes volt, amit hosszútávú tartózkodásnál különösen értékeltem.

A ház nagyon csendes, ami pihenéshez is ideális, a környék pedig minden szempontból jól megközelíthető volt. A házigazdák, Ágnes és András végig segítőkészek és rugalmasak voltak, és ha bármi probléma felmerült azt gördülékenyen megoldották.

Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt itt lakni, hosszabb távra is nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani. Remélem hamarosan visszatérhetek!

I had a wonderful stay at Agnes’s place with my family. The location at Kálvin tér is unbeatable. You are steps away from the metro, great cafes, and the Great Market Hall. Despite being so central, the apartment felt like a quiet, cozy retreat for us. Agnes was a fantastic host - communicative, helpful, and very welcoming. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the heart of Budapest. Really appreciate it.

The owner was very kind and we were able to cooperate very nicely if it was needed. The flat was very nice although quite dark in terms of daylight and hot on summer days, but perfect if you plan to be outside a lot.

Kalvin tér is a big transportation hub so transportation is perfect, it is also right in the centre of budapest. There is plenty of services around and good tourist spots to see.

I had a happy 5 weeks here in April-May 2025 and found it very comfortable and convenient. Agnes was very helpful and the flat is extremely well kitted out with kitchen equipment and gadgets. The internet was fast and reliable and the heating worked well. The bed, on the mezzanine, was very comfortable. The washing machine was great. The flat is very central and most things are walkable. There's are supermarkets and the main market close by. The Danube is only a street away. I wouldn't hesitate to try to stay here on a future visit; it met all my needs and was good value.

From the very beginning, communication was easy and open. My host was incredibly supportive, flexible, understanding, and always quick to reply, making the whole experience smooth and satisfying.

The flat is in a fantastic location—very well connected to public transport and within easy reach of everything you need. Despite being so central, the area is quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Close to one of the most touristic streets but still calm and quiet. Very well connected and close to must visit places like Liberty Bridge, Central Market, Gellért hill and thermal baths, etc.
I've been here for a bit longer than 2 months, and I have never felt uncomfortable.

We had an excellent stay in Budapest thanks to Agnes and Andras! The location of the apartment was ideally situated, close to the main pedestrian street and yet not noisy at all. The wifi was strong, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly Agnes and Andras were helpful to us during our day. Would highly recommend!

This is the best place to be located in Budapest. The apartment is close to both the tram line and the metro line so all parts of the city are easily accessible. It's close to all major tourist destinations, but not on a busy / crowded street, so it's quiet at night.

The price-quality ratio is optimal. This housing solution is in the middle of a bustling intersection with different options for public transport, it's very close to universities, supermarkets and restaurants of various kind. The house itself has everything you might want or need and more, however the lack of natural light coming in and the fact some furniture are quite old can be frustrating. It's an experience I would overall recommend.

This apartment was really amazing, a truly hidden gem, it made my stay in Budapest very good!.

The location couldn't have been better, 5 to 10 minutes walking to a lot of attractions, stores, shopping malls and public transport.

The instructions provided for check in and check out by Nora and Agnes were very clear and I didn't have any problem at all.

The apartment is small, but it's super well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay, the kitchen had all the appliances I needed.

The bathroom was nice and clean, and having the washing machine was a great addition as well.

One of the best things was the workspace, a big desk, a very comfy chair, and even a monitor and speakers available to use made it very comfortable and it's perfect if you're working remotely. And the wifi is super fast as well.

Would definitely recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to coming back to Budapest and hopefully staying here again. :)

You have everything you need from day to day that is not food - including dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cooking pots, spices... The key handover went smoothly, and they are here for any questions. Great experience!

The streets between the main roads are very quiet. Nyugati palyudvar, where's the nearest metro station, is busier of course, with a lot people. I didn't have one bad experience... There are some homeless people aroung Nyugati, so you're a little more careful around those parts, just like you would be in any other big city. Parliament is about a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is great, you have trams, buses, metro lines, wherever you want to go, it's easy to organize.

That depends on personal interests, but taking a walk to Oktogon and Opera is nice, and from there you can get to M1 metro line, the oldest one and quite retro. You can use this line to get to Hosok tere, but you can also walk, since it's a nice experience.

I really enjoyed my stay in Budapest at the apartment of Agnes & András. The location is perfect, close to all amenities, and right next to the Danube. The apartment itself is just as described, or perhaps even better. The internet is fast and perfectly suited for working. Due to the high ceilings, it feels more spacious than the small size would have you suspect. Next to that, the apartment is located at the back of the building, which means it's generally very quiet.

The only (small) downsides are that due to the location at the back of the building, you don't get much sunlight, and if you are tall there might be some minor inconveniences (low ceiling in the sleeping area, low hanging bathroom mirror, and low hanging shower).

Agnes & András were fantastic hosts, lending me a bike, arranging a new washing machine when the old one broke, and they were always available whenever I had questions. Thanks a lot for making my stay even better!

I would definitely book this apartment again whenever I would decide to come back to Budapest in the future.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und für einen Aufenthalt von 5 Monaten für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Budapest gelegen und durch ihre Nähe zu Nyugati ist man auch sehr gut an Nah- und Fernverkehr angeschlossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I've been living with my roommate in this room for 10 weeks. It's a nice, clean room with good facilities. The owner was very cooperative and if there was a problem, they were ready to help.
The location of the room is pretty good, and the public transport is nearby. The neighborhood though is a bit old, many of the buildings aren't well maintained. But next to that, the apartment was very clean and nice, there were many facilities nearby (restaurants, supermarkets) and it was a silent neighborhood. So that's what counts the most!

So to be short, we had a great time in this apartment!
