I had a wonderful stay in this apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

The landlady was absolutely lovely, very helpful and well organized. Before my arrival, she provided me with detailed information about the apartment, how to get there, and everything I needed to know for my stay. She was also very helpful in providing additional information about parking options, which I really appreciated.

The apartment itself was great – clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything needed for both a short or longer stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, public transport and other services within just a few minutes’ walk.

Everything was exactly as described and I felt very comfortable there throughout my stay. I would definitely choose this apartment again and I can warmly recommend both the apartment and the landlady to other guests.

My husband and I had a great month in this apartment. Located between Keleti Railway and Puskas Arena and 6 minute walk to Metro 4. It felt like home. The host Marianne was great in keeping in touch and when we arrived, she supplied us with a wonderful bottle of wine, chocolates and a Marlenka cake.

Apartment was just as described, king bed, 75"TV and the sectional was great with two chaises. The living room is spacious. Bedroom is very large with lots of storage. The washer worked great and was dry within a day on the bathroom rack. The apartment is a block away from Penny's supermarket. It is also located around some smaller stores. Close to restaurants and bakeries.

Evenings were nicely quiet. As well when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the traffic.

During the day there were ocassional ambulances passing by.

We can definitely recommend this apartment. One of the nicest ones we've ever been in.

Very active neighborhood as you are nearby to the railway and metro line. Very safe area. Lots of different restaurants and a great bakery nearby that has pizza and ice cream also. No late night bars so its very quiet for sleeping.

Marianna is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, open, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

The apartment was in good condition: everything matched the photos, I got exactly what I expected and had no issues. You can tell it’s an older building, so some elements are a bit worn, but this doesn’t affect the quality of living at all, everything important is in good shape.

The workspace is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need and even more. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental made only for short stays. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by transport and right across from Keleti station. Because of that, there is sometimes some vibration. It also seems there is a hospital nearby, so ambulances pass often, but it didn’t bother me.

Overall, it’s a great apartment and a very pleasant host.

There’s pretty much everything you need around here: 24/7 shops, about 7 minutes to the metro and a mall within 15 minutes. It’s not as pretty or polished as the centre, but it’s safe and comfortable enough.
