The apartment on Raday Utca is a perfect location for sightseeing in the city. I stayed for a month and tested out around 10 local restaurants on the street all of which were fantastic. (AnnaPurna 3 doors along is amazing). The flat itself is no frills but very reasonable price wise, secure and warm in winter. I felt safe there. The Metro, bus and tram stops all over the city are within a couple of minutes walk in any direction and there are supermarkets around 7 minutes away. There are 2 local gyms within 7 minutes walk and both are good for fitness enthusiasts. Perfect spot for an extended stay in Budapest!

I love the neighborhood, and the apartment was great. No problems. I would rent the place again.

This is a semi-pedestrianized street with very little traffic and great cafes and restaurants all up and down the street.

The apartment is located in a central area of Budapest, with an elegant room. Suitable for families, for the many beds, and also for traveling for work. Good wifi connection.

The apartment is quite small and requires renovation. It is on the 0 floor with a small window which goes to the yard. There are almost no sunlights here.
The sofa on the first floor is really bad - lots of blots and has a strong smell of naphthalene. It was unpleasant even to touch it.
The Bed's mattress is full of blots.
Bad smells appear in the apartment all the time.
Kitchen and bathroom furniture is Ok.
The landlord is easy to communicate with and helpful.

The apartment is okay for the stay but definitely not great for people who need a higher temperature.

+ Fast and smooth communication
+ Cooking
+ Great position
+ Comfortable bed
+ Large shower
+ 2 WCs
+ Big bathroom with lots of places for stuff

There is only floor heating, it is not working everywhere (the kitchen is really cold!) and if you want to raise the temperature in the room, you have to turn the heating on for a long time at a high temperature.

Chairs are bad if you need to work, they make you sit really badly due to their shape.

There is not enough light (only 1 window for both floors).

Very nice apartment in a great location. Quite private and safe. Liron is a very cooperative and helpful manager.

The neighborhood feels very nice and safe. Feels like it's in a very center. A lot of restaurants are around, and the prices are quite good. A supermarket is right there across the street. Overall it was a very good experience.

Jó helyen található, ízléses földszinti lakás, a tulajdonos remek partner volt... Az ügyintéző nem állt a helyzet magaslatán ,amikor takarító eszközökre lett volna szükség, de így is csak ajánlani tudom a lakást.

Liron is a landlord that will go above and beyond for you. Always extremely fast to respond to your message and help you out wherever you require help. The apartment itself has everything you need at an amazing location within the innercity. I can recommend this place with certainty.

Liron is a super host!
He is helpful, kind and understanding; easily reachable and easy to talk to. The flat is tiny and may seem difficult to live in the first several hours, but it is only until you discover how smartly it is equipped and how space is just enough. The location was the best - 900m to the heart of Budapest, 600m to one of the biggest malls, and 300m to the nearest grocery store.
