the owner was helpful and friendly. the flat was clean, new and the fully the same comparing the website photos and description. we can recommend the flat and the owner to new tenants.

I had a 3 month stay in this apartment and it was so great I would do it again in a heartbeat. It's walking distance from all the city squares, and restaurants. The apartment is clean with updated amenities. I can't say enough great things about the Landlords. Ivana and David really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience in Brno. Just a great place to live if you're going to be in Brno for an extended period of time.
