I stayed in Attila's flat for three months and I had a very nice time there. The flat is located in a very attractive area of Karlin and it has everything one need for a comfortable stay. Can only give my highest recommendations

The flat is very comfortable. The area is well supplied with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc.. In addition, it is only a few minutes' walk to the metro or tram station.

Excellent flat, clean, all new and well equipped in a nice quiet street, very close to all amenities like groceries, cafes, restaurants and transport, highly recommended for single guests would stay again for sure!

A lovely place, well situated. There is everything needed by 5min walking. Attila is very flexible and friendly.

This apartment was my charming, comfortable second home for 6 months. I was so happy there. It was beautifully decorated, fully functional with all amenities, and in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Attila was very friendly, responsive, and flexible - the ideal landlord. Thanks to Attila & Flatio for this wonderful experience.

Friendly and non-touristy. Many local shops, activities (e.g., farmer's market, festivals), and restaurants. Safe and happy.

Kasárna Karlín ("the Karlín barracks") is a great community space. I also really enjoyed Kashmir Hills (Indian restaurant). The Albert grocery store was 2 blocks away and always had great sales and a clean store.

Attila is a great landlord, always kind and available, and never intrusive. I had a great time in the apartment, which is small but cozy and quiet—placed in the great neighborhood of Karlin. I recommend it!

The flat is really nice and located a short walk from the old town, but just outside the tourist area so a bit quieter. It's really conveniently located and has pretty much everything you'd need.

Attila was a great landlord; the flat, being newly refurbished, there were a couple of minor teething problems, but Attila was always on hand should anything crop up. All in all I had a great stay hassle-free stay.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood, with a lot of coffee houses, pubs, even three different supermarkets 5 min walking distance and with a lot of things to do at night without having to go far from your home
I lived there for about 4 months and I felt at home, perfect for one person or a couple.
The owner was really nice and care a lot about the house. Every time I had a problem, even it didn't really affect my day to day life he would fix it as soon as he could without interfering with my life or schedules.
