Bianka is a lovely landlord. She is very flexible, accommodating and helpful. Communication was never an issue. The flat is quite comfy. Considering the number of guests, not everything is in pristine condition, but I enjoyed my stay regardless. It's not the quietest place with the flat being oriented into a busy street but if you're used to the sound of traffic, you will be happy there. The location is quite central and it's an easy commute to almost everywhere. The walls are rather thin so the neighbours can sometimes be heard but if you're not overly sensitive to noise, you should be ok. The area is safe, some weird people here and there but nothing that you should fear. All in all, I can say that it was a good experience and anybody who's looking for a comfortable flat within a busy yet central location with a variety of entertainment and restaurant/ cafes options in a close vicinity, as well as a caring landlord, will be more than happy. Esta en una avenida principal, aun así el aislamiento de las ventanas hace que no escuches nada, es perfecto y muy céntrico, con transporte publico super cerca.

The flat is located in a very conveniente spot of the city, close to one of the busiest transport stations (IP Pavlova). We had an ideal stay in this four months, with great availability from Bianka to solve all our problems. The apartments was clean and functional, all utilities we needed were included

Very close to one of the liveliest areas of Prague in terms of restaurants. It is just outside the main areas of touristic traffic, but still very close to the old town. A bit of car noise from the streets because of Legerova being one of the main roads of the city. Lack of proper big supermarkets (20 minutes away), but plenty of small ones around the area. Vast choice of restaurants, bars and cafés

The Bar Legenda, on the corner of the house is very convenient and perfect for gatherings, offering also fun weekly activities such as karaoke. On the ground floor of the building you have access to a cosy and ideal brunch place, but there also several in the radius of just a few meters. There is a farmers market just 2 minutes away with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Flat is situated towards the garden so the noise from this otherwise super busy street is cancelled out, which was very appreciated. Landlord is very available and accommodates individual needs. Great communication and a really comfortable stay!

The house is very comfortable and modern. Lived there for almost three months and it really felt like home. The location is excellent. Bianca is very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Prague.

Really nice flat with almost everything I needed to live long-term. I brought my dog with me and there was a gated yard for her to run around in. There’s no broom or mop in the apartment (I left a broom there so maybe there’s one now). Bianka, the landlord is usually around to answer any questions. Perfect location.

Perfect location, just 10 min walking from the Václavské náměstí. You can easily find shops, restaurants, bars, gym, yoga, etc. nearby. The owner is willing to help and make your experience better. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Byt jsme využívali jako náhradní bydlení v průběhu rekonstrukce našeho bytu. Komunikace s paní Matušekovou byla naprosto bez problémů, děkujeme za velkou vstřícnost :-) byt je v pořádku, vše bylo funkční. Byli jsme spokojeni :-)
