The apartment is truly cosy and comfortable, totally able for three people.
Both the apartment and the building look better in real life than in the pictures. - the building is way more modern.
The neighborhood felt very safe and usually it's calm.
The location it's totally perfect, we had everything we needed near by - trams, bus, supermarket, pharmacy, etc
Absolutely a 10/10 experience.
If we had to go back to Prague, we would totally choose this apartment again and again.

This is a great location in Prague. Close to transportation and a quiet, green neighborhood. There are many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. It is approximately 20 minutes from the historic area of Prague.
The pictures of the apartment are accurate. I found it a comfortable environment for 6+ weeks. Having a separate bedroom from the living area is a luxury in Prague!
The landlady was helpful and responsive. I appreciated her attention on the first day to ensuring I was settled and comfortable.

Clean and quiet, yet active. Several parks are close by. Families and dog out and about. Minimal traffic noise in the apartment.
Walking distance to three different supermarkets and metro stations. One block from a bus station that has regular service from early morning until late at night.

Dobré, klidné místo, výborná dostupnost, v okolí řada restaurací, obchodů a parků. Pohodlný byt, dobrá komunikace s majitelkou, vše, jak má být.
Bairro
Vršovice jsou "opravdovější" než Vinohrady, ale také velmi hezké. Výborné spojení do centra, pěšky se dá snadno dojít do několika parků, na farmářské trhy, do velkého nákupního centra.

The flat is in a very good location and though an old one, is well maintained and very roomy and comfortable. It has all the amenities for 3 people to stay. The bed room is a large one dotted with some lovely paintings. The kitchen is well supported with all amenities to cook for a small family.
The owner Irena is very responsive, understanding and helpful and when we faced some issues, she was timely in her help and resolved it promptly.
Would certainly recomment this flat for a wonderful stay in Prague.

Its a quiet neighbourhood with many block of flats and dotted with parks & greenery. There are many transport options within 10 mins all around. There is a grocery store below the appartment and a Pizza Restaurant also below the appartment. TESCO supermarket and malls are very near by.

The apartment is located in beautiful area which is well connected to other parts of Prague (metro, tram). The internet connection is quick and stable, good for studying. The flat has many pictures on walls which are painted by the landlord, it has nice artist feeling. From my side there was no problem contacting the landlord. In case of any repair, the fix was done quickly. I fully recommend Irena as landlord.

Затишна, чиста квартира. Є все необхідне для життя. Функціональна кухня. Єдине, нема телевізору, якщо це важливо. Хороший інтернет.
Ірена - супер господиня, завжди на зв'язку, завжди готова допомогти, дуже приємна в спілкуванні. Дякую їй за гарне перебування.

Недалеко від дому є всі види транспорту: атобуси, трамваї та метро. В домі є невеликий магазин, де можна купити все необхідне. також в 10 хвилинах пішки є торговельний центр Eden з великим Tesco.
Машину ми залишали в критому гаражі за адекватною ціною, приблизно в 10 хвилинах пішки від дому.

I booked this accommodation for 2 weeks for my parents visiting me in Prague. In general, the apartment is super good with modern furnitures, kitchen is complete with basic needs, toilet and shower is clean, and bed is comfortable. The only missing is TV but it's not a big deal. Location is also awesome as the bus stop is just in front of the building and it's also to the center and main station. Not to mention, Irena and her husband are very nice host.
I will definitely book this again if any of my relatives are coming to Prague.

The location of this flat is in Zizkov which has a bad reputation in Prague, but I'd say we didn't we feel unsafe around the area. It has nice restaurants around, parks, beer garden, etc.

I stayed in Irena's flat for my 10-month Erasmus stay in Prague. Irena was always very helpful and answered quickly if something was the matter. She doesn't know a lot of English, but we managed to communicate just fine via Google Translate.
The flat itself was very nice. It has everything you need and there's a bus stop right outside the door, so getting into the city center is no problem. The street is pretty busy and it can get a bit loud with the windows open but I personally wasn't really bothered. There's lots of stores close to the flat (most important ones being Billa and Lidl) but also restaurants and a park right behind the building that is fantastic for runs or watching the sunset.
I already miss Prague and can only recommed Irena's flat :)

Žižkov is close to the city center and sandwiched between the trendy (and expensive) districts Karlín and Vinohrady. There are few tourists in Žižkov and due to that most restaurants and bars are filled with locals. It's the perfect neighborhood to get to know genuine Czech culture, but close enough to Kalín's and Vinohrady's cool restaurants to just stroll over there.
Žižkov is also incredibly safe. I had no worries when walking alone late at night as a young woman (because while the buses drive every 5 minutes during the day, there's only one every hour at night).

Vítkov Hill is absolute lovely for daily walks and watching the sunset, Taiko serves the best ramen, Soul Chicken has amazing Korean Fried Chicken and Laura Hair Shop is the best hairdresser.

Irena and Honza were absolutely lovely and the flat is beautiful and has everything you might need (except a TV, if you need one). There is a nice community garden out back where kids can play. It must be nice in the summer.

The neighborhood is rather posh with lots of big single family homes nearby. You have to walk a little to get to shopping areas, but there is a convenience store on the corner and restaurant down below. There is also a park one block away.

V bytě jsme bydleli tři měsíce. Jde o příjemné bydlení s veškerým potřebným vybavením. Paní majitelka je velmi příjemná, statostlivá a vstřícná. Velká spokojenost, doporučujeme.

Poměrně klidná ulice, hodně zeleně. MHD včetně metra v dochozí vzdálenosti. Obchodní centrum cca 7 min. pěší chůze. Příjemné místo v klidné
a hezké části Prahy, odkud se dá dojít procházkou až do centra města.

Irena is a kind, funny and charismatic landlady. She is very concerned about the flat living up to the pictures and the services promised in the listing. I had some issues with wifi (it was good but because of my job I had some very technical, non-regular-usage problems) but she always was willing to help. The flat itself is very nice and cozy, good price / quality relationship. I had a comfortable time there.
The only downside of the flat might be that Koněvova street is quite noisy because of the traffic all night long.
And the only downside of Irena might be her low level of English, considering that she rents a touristic apartment.
But again, all things considered, totally recommended!

Žižkov is well known for being the Prague district with most beer typical bars & beer gardens in Prague. Also one of the most international places and not that far from the very old center of the city. I would describe it as a more modern expansion of Prague, not the city from the postcards, but more authentic. The flat isn't located in the best part of Žižkov, in my humble opinion, but still very close to it. And of course, it's back to back with Vítkov park which is an amazing place for running or taking a walk with terrific views of Prague.

Of course, the bar Planeta Žižkov, in the exact point where Koněvova street (where the flat is located) changes its name to Husitská. A walkable distance from the flat. Also the very typical Czech bar U Vystřelenýho oka, and in front of that, the bar / restaurant which makes part of Hotel Victor. Good places in a very short distance one another.

Mrs Irena is very polite and helpful. She provided me with many supplies, such as utensils and cleaning products. She even came to pick me from the airport and filled my fridge. The kindest move of her was the extra lock she put on the door just for me and her direct response to help me. I strongly recommend this apartment, since it is in an excellent location, everything works right and the landlord is really nice.

Překrásný, s citem a velmi vkusně zařízený byt v lokalitě kde to máte všude blízko. Co je třeba vyzdvihnout je naprosto příkladný a lidský přístup majitelky bytu. Což je dnes již vzácnost. Byl jsem tam velmi spokojený a vřele doporučuji.

Irena is the best landlord I could ever ask for!
I had never been in Prag before I moved there for my Erasmus program and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find a home and landlord that is dependable.
Irena was extremely nice enough to even pick me up from the airport when I landed in Prag and was always within an arm reach when I had question.
I would highly recommend her and her beautiful house!

Irena has been an EXCELLENT hostess and has really cared about us so that we are very comfortable during our stay in Prague, in addition to any problem that we had she solved correctly and quickly.
The flat was very cozy, with new and complete equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, oven...).
The neighbourhood was quiet with supermarkets nearby (Lidl and Billa), restaurants, pubs and a huge park ideal for sports or relaxation...
In addition, it was well connected to the centre with a bus stop just a few metres from the house.

Byt je příjemný a útulný a díky němu jsme v pohodě zvládli rekonstrukci v našem bytě. Pokud máte rádi širší centrum Prahy, tak neváhejte, Vršovice jsou dneska moc zajímavá čtvrť.

Mrs. Trefilova was very nice person to deal with. She is very caring and happy to help with everything We extended our stay from 4 weeks to almost two months. The flat is located in very nice area of Prague with lots of nice coffee shops, close to metro Flora and good connection to everywhere. Also lots of trees around and green spaces. The flat itself is very nice, big windows, nice kitchen with everything you might need, sofa bed, nice double bed with a good mattress, enough storage. Very comfortable stay and i would strongly recommend this accommodation.

The owner was eager to help and responded fast to my request. She was very helpful and I have no complaint about her. However, I could not stay because of the problems in the flat, such as half-clogged toilet, leaky shower cube, windows that won't open, and the bed mattress without spring. The kitchen equipment was excellent and modern. I understand this as the mismatch of the living standard and expectation.
