Hello, my name is Antonio, and I'm married to Mari. I'm currently retired, but I've been a bank employee for my entire working life. Because of my job, I've been posted to many places in Spain, and beyond, and now, at this stage of my life, I've settled in the best place I've ever known: Chipiona.
Chipiona is a quiet town on the Cadiz coast with only 20,000 inhabitants, but as one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa de la Luz, its population multiplies dramatically during the summer months.
Chipiona has 14 kilometers of endless beaches with azure waters and fine, golden sand, many of them awarded the Blue Flag. It has wonderful promenades where we can stroll and enjoy the sunny afternoons afforded by the Costa de la Luz climate.

This has been our sixth stay at the apartment and once again, the experience has been absolutely fantastic! Caracola 4 has everything you need to have a great & relaxed holiday stay at beautiful Chipiona. The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area, with a convenient food store located round the corner. There is an additional larger supermarket (DIA) located 10 minutes’ walk approximately. Apartment is very well equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. It has aircon in the living-room and both bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and terrace (with hosepipe available) & rooms are spacious, including the wardrobes. Apartment is also nicely decorated and is very secure with bars in all windows and a secured door lock. Owners, Mari & Antonio are very kind and generous and are always willing to help you in anything you may need which makes our stay very comfortable. We will definitely come back next year! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet,die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine funktionieren tadellos-die Lage (Strandnähe,Ausgeh-und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ist einfach genial grüße an antonio und bis nächstes Jahr von Volker und Claudia

Sehe schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Nahe von Strand, Stadt, Restaurants und Bars. Mari und Antonio sine sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Wohnung nue empfehlen.
