The apartment was so nice! The location was good (access to the public transportation and restaurants around) and apartment was just as it was described. It was a good size for a couple, and it had everything we needed. We had no problem during our stay, and Eva was so kind.

This apartment was the worst experience that I ever had. When we moved in, we had to clean the kitchen by ourselves, because it was very dirty.

After approx. two weeks, the toilet started to leak the water. When we announce this to the apartment owner, she at first said she will call someone to fix it, but nobody came for the first scheduled time. After trying to contact the owner again, she threaten me that if some water leaks to the neighbours flat I will be responsible for it and she blocked me on the phone. In very urgent situation, she was responding only via Flatio platform and with with absolutely inadequate frequency and communication style.

The second agreed time, the plumber came, but he fixed nothing, the problem only gets worse (he had no spare parts and after dismantling the toilet the flushing button was broken and to toiled was completely unusable). I tried to contact the owner, but with no response, even on Flatio. On fourth day without usable toilet, we decided to leave the apartment, because it the situation was unbearable.

This flat owner only cares about her profit. She is a shame of the Czech Republic flat renters. Stay away from this renter and apartment.

Komunikace s paní L. byla naprosto perfektní, vždy milá a vstřícná! Poloha bytu je skvělá, jen kousek do centra. Byt byl čistý a bylo k dispozici vše, co je třeba. Ještě jednou děkuji paní L. za vše a rozhodně bydlení doporučuji!

Good check-in/check-out process. Flat is comfortable, clean and well-tended in a quiet building. Eva made herself available with advice and assistance when needed. Overall positive experience for the stay during work travel.

Popis odpovídá realitě, příjemné pohodlné bydlení. Vybavení vyhovuje pobytu, všechno potřebné je k dispozici. Paní majitelka je milá a vstřícná!

V okolí je park Jezerka. S parkováním může být problém, ale MHD jezdí spolehlivě. Docentra města jen několik minut.

We have lived in a flat for 3 months. During caranteen. Flat was good. Everything needed was in a flat. Really quiet place. Good neighborhood. Shops were close to the flat. Thanks to Eva for letting us in and for good organisation.

Eva is a wonderful host, I had great time at her place. She ensures great stay for me and my colleague while I was hunting for apartment and also understanding in terms of early check-in or check-put for the time when we have to do early check-outs due to an emergency.

I would personally recommend her and Can't expect better host then her.

Hey. I lived in an apartment for 2 months. The apartment is excellent, has everything you need to stay. Everything is in excellent condition. Quiet area. To the center 10 minutes by public transport. Vehicles operate regularly both day and night. Grocery stores near the house. Cafes and bars are also nearby. Near the house is a park. Neighbors do not bother. The hostess is very good, everything you need provides. Highly recommend. I was very pleased.
