Petr is really nice and helpful. Even questions on topics other than the apartment were answered helpfully. If you have a concern, Petr usually has a solution ready in a short time. I really enjoyed my time in Prague.

I really enjoyed my stay in this place. Flat has everything you might need for your stay, it's very well equipped and nicely designed. Location is perfect, one of the best Prague's neighbourhoods.
Petr is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend :)

Petr is a fantastic host! He goes above and beyond to be there for you. Very thankful to have had him for our first experience on Flatio and to Prague. Definitely recommend staying here. All around great person and flat. Couldn't ask for more.

Byt byl velmi krásný a moderně zařízený na příjemném místě a dobře dostupný. Majitel byl přátelský a komunikace s ním byla bezproblémová. Mohu jen doporučit a příště se sem opět vrátím.

V okolí je spousta báješčných kaváren a vináren ale nejlepší je nedaleká nádražní hospoda.

We couldn't have had a better first experience with Flatio. Petr is very helpful and friendly - he has always solved everything above standard for us! The studio is spacious, well equipped and modern. We will miss the evenings by the fireplace and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Fast wifi - we both worked from home. There is everything in the area - food selection, cafes, tram / metro. This apartment simply has everything and we are already looking forward to our return :-)

Nemohli jsme mít lepší první zkušenost s Flatiem. Petr je velmi ochotný a přátelský - nadstandardně pro nás všechno vždy vyřešil! Studio je prostorné a skvěle vybavené, moderní. Večery u krbu nám budou chybět. Nejpohodlnější postel ve které jsme kdy spali. Rychlá wifi - oba jsme pracovali z domu. V okolí je vše - výběr potravin, kavárny, tramvaj/metro. Tenhle byt má zkrátka vše a my se už těšíme, až se vrátíme :-)

Warm, small shops that are personal. Beautiful buildings. Trams and metro very close which makes all places accessible.

Petr is a great landlord. He picked me up from the airport when I flew into Prague, and he also got me some basic groceries to get me started for my stay. I was supposed to be spending 3 months in his apartment, which is beautiful and comfortable, but due to Covid-19 my internship ended very early. Petr was understanding of the circumstances and let me out of my lease, and he continued to check on me to make sure I made it home safe.
As for the apartment, it’s in a great location. The neighbors are quiet, the appliances are new, and the area is really nice. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, really anything you could need. It’s a short walk to a tram stop, and a 10 minute tram ride to the Malá Strana area.
When I return to Prague, whenever that may be, I’m hoping Petr is still leasing his apartment out so I can stay again.
