The flat looks bigger on site than on pictures, which is a big advantage.

Rather quiet but with shopping facilities and good public transport connections. Many dog owners as well as young and older people live here.

What you see is what you get. The flat looked exactly as advertised. Everything in the apartment worked.

There were some cold nights in Prague, and the apartment remained warmed. However, you can control the heat in the apartment should you wish to make it warmer.

The neighborhood is great. Billa (grocery store) is on the same block. Trams 10/16 going to Flora (A/other trams) or going west are on the same street.

The flat is located in a building behind Korunní. It is very quiet considering it is a ground floor flat.

Alex is also great. Very responsive and helpful.

It's a fairly typical neighborhood in Prague, close to Stromovka park.

One issue when I was here particularly is that they're doing construction on the main road. It seems to be going fast so maybe it will be done soon.

Very good apartment, it has all basic house appliances, in good condition, convenient room planing.
Excellent location — stromovka park nearby, small mall less than 5 minutes by foot (with Lidl in it and a food court), Albert store by the corner, multiple small Vietnamese shops available even at night, multiple cafes. C metro line 10 minutes from there, multiple tram stops, 2 train stops (one is “zastávka”, and one is “nádraží”). You can get to the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram or in 20-30 minutes by foot.
Landlord is very nice and cooperative, upon my arrival he told me how to get to basic things in the area, and when (unfortunately) closet fell with a TV on it (TV broke, obviously), he explained what is needed in order for him to apply for the insurance (which is included when you rent through Flatio). Overall raising - 10/10

Stromovka park is like 4 minutes from there, very big, with many ponds, small rivers, lawns and playgrounds in it, and a very cool raft to get on an island in one of the ponds (but in the 5 months I was there, I managed to get on this island only twice, it’s almost always occupied). And, another park I, unfortunately, discovered only in the last month of my stay — by getting on 26th tram in half an hour you can get to Divoka Šárka, which, in my opinion, is the best park in Prague - you can even go on a hike there, it’s just small mountain range inside of the city!
And if talking about closer things, than I really enjoyed coming to “book cafe”, which is about 5 minutes from this apartment

The apartment is well located, not to far from the center, that is full of tourist. The apartment is clean and quiet, with all comodities. A good option to stat in Prague.

Alex and his wife are lovely people who really care for their guests. They were very flexible with anything I asked for and I had a great stay in their flat. It's not a big one but more than sufficient for 1 person who cares about a comfortable stay with an easy commute to the city centre. IP Pavlova is not the greatest location and the flat faces an extremely busy road, however, the house itself felt safe and the isolation was so good that I barely heard the noise from the outside. I'm particurarly sensitive to noise so I was a bit afraid of the area. It's by no means completely soundproof but it was more than manageable. The flat itself is really beautiful, tastefully designed, very well maintaned with no functional or even visial issues, super comfy bed and the smart TV that never hurts to have during long winter evenings. The heating was soundless and sufficient. This flat has everything that you could potentially need for a short term rental so no need to take any extras. There's IP Pavlova metro line within a short walking distance and more than enough trams to get you to any corner of Prague in no time. This being said, it's worth mentioning that since it's a busy traffic crossroad, it's hugely crowded but also full of restaurants/ cafes/ fastfoods/ etc. Literally everything is here.

The owner was very helpful, flexible, and answers to questions quickly. The apartment was quiet and locates at really nice area close to the city centrum.

The appartment has anything you might need (iron, hair dryer, towels, vacuum cleaner etc.) and communication was amazing. Got a response within minutes and they were very helpfull. Would recommend!

Good communication with the landlord, I had a very pleasant stay. The place had everything I needed to live comfortably, from kitchen utensils to bed linens. It's also very warm in the studio even if it the weather is cold outside, which is great for the winter.

I.P. Pavlova tram and metro is super close, (3 min walk) and it's a very central place so you can get connections to anywhere in town. You can even walk to old town if you want and the National Museum is only 15 minutes away on foot. There are also several convenience stores and restaurants in the area (and a pharmacy that is open until late), so there's people walking around even at night. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

The flat and the experience with the landlord were absolutely great! The flat is perfect for both long and short stays; it is super well-equipped. It is also very well located, you have a supermarket two minutes literally walking, and several transport options. The landlord answered super fast and was very helpful. About the heating, the flat is not cold at all, so I only had to use the heating in December. I definitely recommend staying in this flat!

The supermarket Billa is great, but you also have more options like Albert, or if you take the tram number 10 or 16 they will take you to a Lidl in ten minutes. You also have a big shopping center ten minutes walking. You have several gym options nearby; I recommend Spartan Gym; it was great. Also, you have plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.

It was a please to stay at Alex's apartment! The flat is located near the city center and equipped by everything you need. It is quite apartment (I never heard the neighbors during my stay here), wi-fi connection is fast, the room is clean, and the communication with the owner was good.

The flat is exactly as the pictures show. Very nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and a very good public transport connection. The only thing I didn't like was that the heating was really noisy, but I actually didn't need to turn it on many times because the flat is really warm by itself even in the cold months. The host was very nice and answered all my messages quickly through this app and through WhatsApp.

Landlord was very responsive and helpful with everything you need! Flat was not the cleanest upon arrival but you are staying there long term so you can easily clean up a bit yourself, plus everything you need is in the flat it is well equipped. Beautiful building! Flat just as pictured.

This landlord should be avoided at all costs. The apartment had serious issues with it - bedbugs (we were bitten every night), a bidet that didn't work, a front door with a lock that got stuck one night, etc. The landlord was mostly unavailable - not responding to calls and messages. He promised to refund part of the money that was paid and was encouraged by the flatio management to do so in consideration of how poor the quality of the flat was after we pointed this out and proved it.
But after verbally promising to refund the money, he refused to return messages or to do anything to keep his promise.
Please don't have anything to do with this landlord or any of his properties listed on flatio or elsewhere. You will regret it. I don't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through.
The time I spent in this flat was probably one of the worst times in my life.
