We found the apartment very cozy and the location superb. João was a great host: he was easy to communicate with and offered his help throughout the stay. We enjoyd our stay in Lisbon and have nothing but good to say about the apartment and the host!

The neighborhood is lively and has great options for dining and everyday grocery store shopping nearby. Bus stop at the front door of the building and 5min walk to the nearest metro station. The neighborhood always felt safe, even during late night.

Spacious apartment at a great location off the tourist trail, close to transport, restaurants. shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, gym, parks etc. Landlord very helpful. Good choice for remote workers or those with a business in Lisbon. Beware: Winter months are getting quite cold in there. Noise from the street can reach annoying levels at times.

Just off Lisbon's main business avenue, the neighborhood is a mix of young office workers, students and professionals enjoying a plethora of international food options, bars and some nightclubs, a good infrastructure and recreation facilities far from the Lisbon tourist crowds.

Lugares recomendados nas proximidades
Rua de Santa Marta for plenty of restaurants. Parque Eduardo VII for recreation time. Avenue Duque de Loulé has some bars and clubs.

Nice location, quiet, local super markets near by, far away enough from tourist area so you can rest peacefully at night and if needed work remotely from home.
