The flat was in a very good condition and well equipped.
The communication with the landlord was excellent, answering all our questions.

The were only some small issues like the noise from the street (for one bedroom) and some small damages, but they didn't affect our total experience.

Another plus is that the flat's location is really great, inside the Alfama district and next to the Metro and Train station as well as to bus stations.

Fatima was very accessible and addressed any issues or questions immediately. She is very nice.
As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there.

Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the best location to visit Lisbon. The landlord was incredibly responsive and helpful Fromm start to finish. We are very grateful for having had such an experience!

The apartment has everything you may need during your stay, many services nearby and is within walking distance of the city center. Fátima has been very kind and helpful.

Very lively (I needed earplugs!) but a great area to begin in Lisbon or to be in if you are only here for a little while. This is the heart of Lisbon. Very close to transport as well as restaurants and shops

Fatima gave us thorough instructions when we arrived on how to access the rental from the airport. The apartment is beautiful - better than we could have hoped. An amazing location and the flat was well equipped. Internet connection was good fo eve remote working. Area is very accessible and close to water front if wanting to cross to other side of river. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you 🌻
