Birgit was phenomenal. Responded quickly and gave perfect directions to the flat. Great location and made herself available if I had a need for any recs.

Subway stop is literally right outside building. Grocery store, restaurants, shops all on block. Huge recreation island is a very short walk- or take the subway.

Everything was good, the flat has a nice size and the kitchen has a lot of equipment for everyday cooking. Location is perfect with U-bahn, 2 big markets and other facilities around the corner. The noise from the main street can be solved by opening the backyard windows instead. Recommended.

Everything you need is around the corner. The neighbourhood is typical city, a lot of people moving around, working and living. No problems seen or experienced during a 1 month stay.

The Danube is 10 minutes away and walking or jogging or riding a bike etc. along it is beautiful. Also recommend a bike ride along the Donauinsel, no traffic and beautiful nature with Danube on both sides.

Really enjoyed the stay, was a very convenient location next to the Subway, good clean appartment and very friendly/ responsive host. Would definitly recommend for anyone staying in this district.

Short walk can get you to several grocery stores, coffee shops, or subway stations. Taking the Subway can get you to any part of the city fairly quickly. Plenty of options for restaurants nearby.

The apartment has excellent transport connections. Everything is easily accessible and nearby. The apartment is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. The landlady is very nice and helpful. You can get used to the noise of the street.

Very comfortable apartment with a big room. It is located just 800 meters from Prater, right near the metro station and a quarter of the modern buildings. Wifi is fast. I enjoyed living there.

I rented the apartment for a bit over 2 weeks as I worked in the area. For me it was a great location - a 15 minute walk from work. The U1 is literarlly a 10 second walk from the building entrance. For my purposes it was a very good fit. I did not make any requests to Birgit but she seems like someone who would assist if there was a need. I would for sure recommend if looking for a rental. One final point, the location is close to the Danube it is a 10 walk to an enromous "green recreation area" and you can enjoy the nature, run, and walk for many kilometers.

Many immigrants/non-native Austrians a very mixed area. One hears a substantial amount of non-German and many women wear hijabs. Many local stores cater to this demographic. Yet there are plenty of customary stores and eateries as well as the chain supermarkets such as Billa, Hofer and Penny.

Sehr schöne kleine saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn). Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert für kurze Aufenthalte, aber auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet (allerdings keine Waschmaschine vorhanden). Trotz Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße war es (bei geschlossenem Fenster) nicht zu laut. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The home was decently clean and Birgit was very responsive. I would rate the apartment 4 stars, average cleanliness, basic amenities, but really amazing location right on the U1 line and near so many takeout restaurants.

You’re located on the Main Street leading to a bridge so you’ll hear sirens rushing to the nearby hospital at night, but behind the busy street are clusters of apartment buildings with stores on the ground level. Many places to get a coffee, groceries, or bread.

Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin klappte immer sehr gut und kompliziert.
Einzig zu bemängeln wäre der Lärm, der der Lage des Hauses geschuldet ist. Auch waren manche Begegnungen im Stiegenhaus mit anderen Bewohner*innen creepy. Mein Kind habe ich dort nicht alleine hinausgehen lassen.

Die Wohnung war ganz prima. U Bahn Station in der Naehe. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat immer sofort reagiert und geholfen. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die Wohnung und für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Ich kann nur empfehlen.

Zustand der Wohnung einwandfrei. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhiges Haus. Alles wichtige des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe. UBahnstation 6Minuten zu Fuß, Bus und Tram direkt vor der Haustür. Einziges Manko, da die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt ist das Lärmpegel bei geöffnetem Fenster massiv.

The Landlord is an excellent host. She was always on call and responded immediately to my calls. Being my first time in Vienna, the landlord willingly managed my first logistics at my request - booking a taxi that took me straight to the apartment. The apartment is a neat clean cosy studio house fully equipped, situated next to the train station. I enjoyed privacy at this accommodation and was everything I would have ever wanted. I must mention the lady who welcomed me at the apartment - She is so warm with a very big heart.

Das Apartment liegt verkehrsmäßig günstig, ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Dass es am Gürtel gegenüber einer U-Bahn-Station auch die ganze Nacht laut ist, muss man akzeptieren.

Very good apartment, clean and bright.
The kitchen is furnished well furnished, as it is shown on the photo + all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The living room is a big room with numerus cupboards and even a TV. However be careful to update the description ; the sofa has been replaced by a second single bed.
The landlord is easily reachable, by email or by phone, and is very arranging for the check-in and check-out.
There are some shop around, included caffee shop, bakery, grocery... and the metro station is just across the street.
Very good location and very good stay.

The apartment is located next to the U-bahn so it`s really easy to go anywhere from there. The apartment was really clean and there was a lot of room as well. Even though the apartment is next to the big street and U-bahn, the noise from the streets didn`t bother us. The only thing we were missing during our two week stay was washing machine, all the other equipment was there. Thank you, we had a wonderful time in there. I highly reccomend this place.
