Great location in the city, you can reach everything you need with a short walk or by bus. And the flat itself is great too.

Lovely place to live, in a great location in Alicante and the landlord is very accommodating and helpful.

It is located in a nice location just outside the central part of Alicante and is walking distance to the beach and public transport.

Sandra is a very helpful landlord. She is always there for someone and I very supportive. You don’t have to hesitate if you have questions and ask for help :)
I would definitely recommend to rent a flat from Sandra!

Sandra and Marc were the best landlords! My time in the flat was totally wonderful, everything is so beautifully and lovingly furnished. If you had any questions, Sandra and Marc were always available. If something didn't work in the flat, which rarely happened, they took care of it immediately.

Bairro
The neighbourhood is quiet compared to the main road. You're not afraid to walk along here at night.

Sandra was an excellent landlord. I stayed in the apartment for 1 month and her and her husband couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and there were fresh bedsheets and towels for my stay. She was easily contactable and returned my deposit very quickly after I moved out. I would highly recommend her.

Right from the beginning they welcomed me with open arms. I could never asked for better landlords. Whenever something was up with the apartment we could reach them at any time. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and was the perfect home for the last months.

Sandra and Marc are incredibly kind people. As landlords, they took care of everything, the flat looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean and comfortable. On rare occasions when something wasn't working properly or something broke, they were always instantly by our side to fix it or help us solve the problem. It was clearly visible how much effort they had put into making this space comfortable for us. I highly recommend this place if you stay in Alicante!

The street us pretty quite compared to the city centre, however, you can reach the center super quickly by foot and the main stations like train or tram are super close.

The best landlord I could have wished to have for my Erasmus in Alicante! Always helpful and providing anything that is required for a rental with the best quality provided. The most kind and positive landlord and I would definitely rent with Sandra again!
