Great flat, good price, quiet, with electric blinds, very cosy with everything you might need (utensils, dishwasher, storage space, etc) , close to nice beach with walking/running sidewalk, 3 grocery shops in 4 minute walk. Train tracks nearby were not the issue at all due to good sound insulation. If you are feeling cold, there is a nice electric heater. Communications with the owner is great too - responded to everything that I needed. 10/10

Jose was a wonderful and accommodating host. The flat was very comfortable and had all needed amenities. Smart TV, dishwasher, full size fridge and oven were a bonus. Excellent high speed internet, was able to work remotely with no issues. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bus and metro lines. Two nearby grocery stores, gas station and a pharmacy. Bus line to a nearby mall (Oeiras Parque) with a great variety of restaurants/stores and a hyper market. Short walk to the beach made this the perfect location for us beachgoers wanting to not be in the city. Short metro ride away to neighboring beaches, Carcavelos and Cascais.

Older, large apartment buildings next to the beach. Relatively quiet neighborhood with safe and easy access to metro. Walking distance to the historic old town of Paco D'arcos.

Pingo Doce Go - great selection of groceries and wine, small cafe with pastries and roasted chicken.

The apartment was as described. I absolutely loved my stay and hope to come back one day. Perfect location close to the ocean and train station. There is a small gym in 5 mins walk and a couple of grocery stores not far. I was working remotely and the internet was fast and stable, no issues. Paço de Arcos gives a small town feeling but I easily explored the whole Lisbon area. Jose is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of tips on good places to check out.

I loved the neighborhood, it felt very safe and relaxed. People are very friendly. Some people in little shops don't speak English but Spanish helped me many times in those situations.

That was my second staying here and everything went just great. José and his son are fantastic and helpful landlords. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped. Definitely, I am going to stay here once again if possible :)

1) Perfectly clean modern apartment
2) Great location- 7 min walk to the Paço de Arcos beach and 10 min walk to beautiful Parque dos Poetas, all necessary stores are nearby, the train station to Lisbon is also within walking distance
3) High speed internet (it was important to me, because I work remotely with large datasets)
4) Many necessary kitchen utensils

Paço de Arcos is a great place to live, enjoying nature and the ocean at the same time being very close to Lisbon with its infrastructure and opportunities of the big city.

Very nice flat in good localization (close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and train station (direct train to Lisbon).

José is really kind and helpful, one of the best hosts I've ever experienced during my travels.

Jose is the best host we've ever had! So helpful all the time, very friendly. Location of the apartment is great, because you have ocean and shops near by. Staying at Jose's apartment is a MUST when visiting Portugal.

I have no words to describe the space. It's fantastic, so beautiful, with everything I need and José was very kind to me, so friendly and taking care of everything I needed. The apartment is so close to the beaches and shops and here I felt at home. A peaceful place. I recommend it to everyone, this space is amazing.
