Me encantó quedarme en este departamento, nuevo, en perfectas condiciones y con todo lo necesario para vivir unos meses. El equipo de Caterina siempre al pendiente, lo recomiendo mucho!

Una colonia muy bonita y tranquila, con muchos restaurantes, gimnasios, supermercados y bares alrededor. Hay un centro comercial y un hospital a 10 minutos caminando.

I loved staying in this apartment. It had all the amenities I needed, and I especially loved the backyard and patio area. It was a five-minute walk to the nearest Metro stop and super convenient for getting around. Pretty much anything you could need, from groceries to coffee to clothing or restaurants were a couple of minutes-walk away. The only downside is that there is kind of an awkward, cramped layout in the master bathroom, but otherwise everything was amazing. The host was also very responsive to any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself.

This is a neighborhood where people live and work, it's got everything you need and isn't touristy.

The Apartment is well located. Only 15min by bus to the beach La Barceloneta (bus 59 or D20). Sometimes they are overcrowded but ok. Close-by restaurants were affordable if you are not going directly to La Rambla. A lot of playgrounds around (3, 5 or 10min by walking).

Grocery shop - either a small Coviran or Carrefour on La Rambla.

We were there with 2 small kids (5,2) and the size of the apartment was perfect. 2 bedrooms are very much needed if you want to sleep :-) The building and apartment are new, so we must watch our kids carefully. The day before our last day has been opened a pool on the roof, which provide a great experience between hot lunch and afternoon siesta.

The washing machine was missing, but you get used to it. The value for the money of this apartment was very worthy.

Very calm address. Great for kids with a lot of restaurants, and bars around.
