Amazing! She gets 10/10. Always so helpful, pedagogical, trustworthy and professional. I have never had any problems and always felt very safe. I can highly recommend her for any future lease.
I have rented a few apartments in my life and Patricie is the best owner I ever had. She is reasonably flexible, always available, caring, always ready to help and that meant a lot when I had to resolve a problem (very few times since the apartment is also great). I was staying with her for almost 3.5 years and I wish I could have stayed longer. I do recommend her and her place!
