Eva byla velmi vstřícná. byt je velmi bezpečný, čistý, dobře vybavený a nachází se snadno pěšky na nákupy, autobusové linky, které vedou velmi snadno k metru, a dobře se hodí pro krásné východy slunce z balkonu.

Eva was very accommodating. the apartment is very safe, clean, well equipped and located within easy walking distance to shopping, bus lines that lead very easily to the subway and well suited for beautiful sunrises from the balcony.

Good accommodations, very easy and happy to work with Eva, and the place suited my needs. Easy walk to Globus grocery store, Obi, the OC Europark, and several bus routes to go anywhere needed.

First of all I want to say big thanks to the owner. She helped with signing paper contract to show it in Ukrainian center to get visa. And it was very quickly - next day we met at the post and signed everything.
About flat location - it's near big mall with everything you need, also Lidl is nearby, there are disc golf park where we spent lot of time. Residential complex closed by gates with keys, there's no strange unexpected people, all neighbors are very good people. But using city transport it's about 50 minutes to get to the center.
Flat has wash machine, dish washer, cool TV with YouTube and Netflix. But we were a little upset because photos on site show only part of information. Flat is really 58m, but one (and only) room is closed, so we lived at kitchen. Dinner table would be cool for summer residence, but wooden table with holes at home is a little uncomfortable, even with kids (when you need to clean food from holes).

LANDLORD'S REPLY:
New reconstructed Studio GARDEN is modern, cosy and very comfortable 1 Main Room STUDIO - with Air conditioning, with all new beds, Sunny side apartment, with direct access from the room to a new private and sunny terrace of 10 m2.
Safe private Parking place closed by gate with electronic card - included price. There is new fridge, new furniture, new plates and decorations, all is after reconstruction. Smoking allowed on private and sunny Terrace...
The Public Transport in Main City Center is 29 minutes to Metropolitana Station MUZEUM - please, see the pages www.dpp.cz.

Nice region. Far from center, but calm and has clear wind. Even incinerator nearby wasn't felt.

There are Chinese and Japanese (as I understood) restaurants in Europark. We didn't try, but prices are normal and smell is very delicious. And lot of people every time.

Eva is a super host. Very kind and understanding. And she is very responsive with all of your messages. The place is spacious and clean. It has washing machine and drying machine (which helped a great deal during the cold season). The only thing with is it is a bit far from the town center so give yourself about 20 minutes to get to the busy areas. But if you enjoy staying in the outskirts areas then this is a perfect place for you.

Bairro
The housing complex is a private compound so it has a gate and you need a key for people and a digital key for cars to have access, which means it is pretty safe.

Die Wohnung befand sich in dem Zustand, wie diese auch beschrieben war. Eva hat mich persönlich empfangen und eine Einweisung in alle wichtigen Dinge durchgeführt. Eva ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden und kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
