This apartment was so clean and nice. The facilities in the house was good. I used the middle room , its bed and closet was sufficient for one tenant. After a while, I moved in to the left room which had a bigger size and the quality was nice also. Don't mention about the right room which is the room highly qualified with TV and safety box but because of my budget I rented other room. The heart of the house which was the bathroom with a nice bathtub, was really luxury and amazing. The facilities of the kitchen were perfect. The landlady was so kind, friendly, well behaviour and supportive for the tenants. If you stay there except enjoying living there you will find good friends. The location is close to public transportation and for those who want to go college and universities it is good option. There is an exchange place and pharmacy close the house which make life better. all kinds of markets are accessible.

Very nice
Petra is really nice, communicative and flexible as it comes to urgent or unique solutions. She is honest and reliable person, and yes straightforward. She appreciates if the tenants leave the room as clean as they found it at the moving in
