Hey, my mom and I own two little places in the city center and we've been renting them short term for 3 years now. We consider them as a 'family business' thus doing it with heart. We really like that people want to get to know this beautiful city, Budapest, and all its culture and activities. There's always so much to do here! No matter if you come to study, relax or to a business trip, you will be welcomed at our place. My mom is offering 2 free cleanings per month (only if you want to) and I can be at your disposal anytime, I live in the same district. Cheers!
