I highly reccomend this apartament. It is in the perfect location right in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside is the noise. It is right above a tram stop and you can hear everything. Also the upstairs neiboughrs were really loud at night... That is the only reason why I gave this 9/10 instead of 10/10. Thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable and nice, and Atrium was very responsive. It is the perfect location, just outside the center of Brno and 4 tram lines, including one that goes to the train station. The only thing I would suggest is if you go to sleep early and are a light sleeper, it might be better to find somewhere else as the trams quiet down at 10 pm. Overall, I really enjoyed my time living abroad in Brno for three months and my time in the apartment - super cozy. I would stay here again if I came back with no hesitations.

The landlord and apartment were wonderful! The landlord is quick to communicate and very accommodating. The apartment was so convenient to the city center and it was very quiet and quite cozy. I would recommend this flat and landlord to anyone visiting Brno to an extended period of time.

The Landlord was extremely helpful and the apartment was very complete!! Dishes, hair dryer, many kitchen items, and the landlord offered more help then the one in the contract, I deeply recommend!!

Safe, near to all services provided in the city, near to the main transport lines. The best region to be, close of all city services and 5min walk from the main train station and bus station.

I recommend staying with Atrium apartments. The apartment is great and is in a great location. All facilities described were available and in good condition. Communication with the landlord was easy and they were always willing to help with any need.

I stayed in the apartment for several months and it provides you with everything that is promised. Except for some problems with the shower drain and noisy neighbors there is nothing special to complain about. The location of the apartment is very nice I must say; close to the central station as well as the old city center and there is a tram station in front of the apartment block that will take you nearly anywhere.

Flat is pretty well, but do all payments to them via flatio.
Always.
Otherwise, in case you decide to terminate earlier - they will not return money for the rest of prepayed period.

S bytem jsem byl velmi spokojen, lokalita je vyborna, v pripade ze bych znovu hledal docasny byt, bych velmi pravdepodobne opet volil tento.

Jedina vec, ktera mi v byte chybela je susicka (bohuzel zatim nebyva standardnim vybavenim bytu).
