Perfect and quiet localisation, everything you need is nearby, the apartment has the necessary equipment for a longer stay. If you want to visit Prague and stay for longer, this is the perfect place to live.

The apparment looks exactly as the pictures shown. It is a quiet and beatiful neighborhood. You will find supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and green areas. There is a tram stop just in the corner of the street. Easy to get from anywhere.
The aparment is fully equipped. It looks like a new place. Cable Channel and Internet is available as well. There is a
big TV, which is great. Everything works perfectly except for the trash shovel :) haha. The apartment is cool.
I had been received by Roman (landlord) and Kristyna (daughter), which are really nice and respectful people, wiling to help you at any time. We were in touch from the moment I contacted them to rent the flat. Unfortunately, I lost my keys, and they helped me to look for it and also they carried me to my new flat.

The flat is recently renovated and has all the equipments in kitchen and bed ,but the building is old and the flat is in 4th floor without elevator.

We have rented this apartment for almost 4 months during the winter of 2018/2019. It is situated in a really nice neighborhood, close to the city center. The apartment itself was cosy, but not the best value for money. The couch in the living room was so old, dirty and uncomfortable, that we haven't used it at all. The mattresses in the bedroom were also not really comfortable and they weren't the same height on both sides of the bed. But we really liked the bathroom with the shower and the kitchen was quite nice too. Also the landlord was really nice and immediately available when we needed him (when the heating broke once).

Very good landlord. The communication was good, he helped with all of our requests and was kind.
