We lived in the flat for 3 years, and the owner was always extremely supportive and friendly. The flat itself is perfect for a working couple. It is spacious and well-designed. The flat situates in a nice neighborhood with a great infrastructure around. Highly recommended!

Roman and his family are perfect hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is in immaculate condition with a FULLY supplied kitchen, comfortable bed and in a great location with with easy tram 22 and 13. Bohemians stop and stadium is 3 blocks away. Wonderful owners that take pride in their apartment.

Roman and his family are perfect hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. Perfect and quiet localisation, everything you need is nearby, the apartment has the necessary equipment for a longer stay. If you want to visit Prague and stay for longer, this is the perfect place to live.

The flat is recently renovated and has all the equipments in kitchen and bed ,but the building is old and the flat is in 4th floor without elevator.

The apparment looks exactly as the pictures shown. It is a quiet and beatiful neighborhood. You will find supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and green areas. There is a tram stop just in the corner of the street. Easy to get from anywhere.
The aparment is fully equipped. It looks like a new place. Cable Channel and Internet is available as well. There is a
big TV, which is great. Everything works perfectly except for the trash shovel :) haha. The apartment is cool.
I had been received by Roman (landlord) and Kristyna (daughter), which are really nice and respectful people, wiling to help you at any time. We were in touch from the moment I contacted them to rent the flat. Unfortunately, I lost my keys, and they helped me to look for it and also they carried me to my new flat.
