My name is Suzana, i am 50 years old, and in renting business over 13 years. I have three grown up kids, and live at the same address with my husband, and our golden retriever. I am artist and i need more free time during the winter, so i can dedicate more to my paintings, hat is the reason i am searching now for longer rent tenants. I am available all the time, willing to help my tenants in settling down in Split, which is warm and beautiful town to live and work from.

I am artist, mostly paining close up flowers on big canvas. I use oils as my medium. In free time i help my daughter in beauty salon with manicures. I love to walk, spend time with my dog, and i play tennis for over 25 years.
