Hi there, I am Jakub, me and my wife Lucie own three apartments in the same house (old historical house, with painted wooden ceilings in the very heart of Prague). I live in one of them on the last floor together with Lucie and four children. The other two are for rent. I am lucky to have very nice tenants and I somehow started to like this activity. I like taking care of the apartments and because I clean personally I can always guarantee perfect cleanliness. Since I live there it is very easy to help the tenants in case they need some help or support, it is a pleasure for me. I like the most mid term tenants: 2 - 5 months is ideal. This helps you fully enjoy the flat as well as neighbourhood and this is the way of tourism I like - not just a quick weekend "beer drinking" stays, as is very common nowdays.
