Good spacious flat in an interesting area of Prague. Stana made sure I had everything I needed and communication was very smooth throughout the whole stay. Would come back :)

Stana keeps a perfect Prague HOME with all the necessities in the apartment that would normally be in a home and not a business rental. Because this is her home and she is a women it's the nicest Flatio or Air B&B rental we have stayed at in Prague. We have lived in Prague more than 18 months over the last 20 years. Please keep Stana's home as if it was yours. I have no positive comments for Flatio but will never rent from Flatio again.

Everything was great! We didn't have any issues with the flat.

It's walking distance to the Old/Lesser/New Town (depending on where you're going, somewhere between 20-30 minutes), but it's not as busy.

We truly had the best time in this apartment. I can recommend staying here 100%. It is spacious, modern and has everything you need. Stana was always very responsive and everything went smoothly.

The neighborhood has many shops, cafes and a huge shopping centre with a cinema. It takes you only 5 minutes to the next tram stop. The are is less touristy. There are two Penny markets close to the apartment. Sometimes there are some homeless people in the area but we never had any problems. Post office is close too.

We had a great time at this apartment. Everything what we needed was there and there was lof of space for storage. The location is next to several tram stations, so it was easy to travel around. Thanks again!

We were lucky enough to find this gem and stay for 7 weeks. The entire process from booking to handover was seamless. The host, Stana, was communicative, responsive and accommodating in every way.
The apartment really exceeded our expectations. Although fairly small, it is fully equipped and very comfortable. Stana has provided pretty much everything needed for a homely, convenient stay. The apartment is bright and airy, very clean and nicely laid out.
We really liked the location. There are two tram stops within a short 2-5 minute walk, and the Andel metro station is only 5 minutes away. The large Novy Smichov shopping centre is just down the road, where you can find a huge Tesco and lots of other stores. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs at your doorstep. It’s so easy and quick to walk from the apartment to almost anywhere including the Old Town and some beautiful parks (Petrin Park is very close).
We would highly recommend Stana’s apartment. We will almost definitely be staying here again.

The location is quiet but steps away from lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. This side of Smichov feels quite safe, being fairly close to Mala Strana. That said you will still see the occasional homeless person but they were never a bother.

The flat was huge and there were everything you could ever need. Location was excellent: tram stops and metro station were within 5 minutes walk. Stana was very kind and helpful and helped us with all questions very quickly.

Overall a lovely place in a perfect location.
I had no issues while staying at Stana's apartment, apart from a small hiccup with the internet which she promptly fixed. The apartment is now well-equipped for anyone who should have a higher demand for bandwidth/speed ;)

The apartment itself is well-equipped regarding any practical needs, and looks/feels extremely cozy and stylish. Stana is very communicative and understanding as a landlord, and we are certain future tenants will be extended the same hospitality and service we were during our stay.

The apartment is just around the corner from a vibrant little park with beautiful scenery in which we've enjoyed lots of walks/picnics. It is a 2 minute walk from the Andel central station, from which you can reach pretty much anywhere in Prague in under 15 minutes.
There are loads of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping opportunities if you do walk the 2 minutes to Andel center.

In the park right next to the apartment is a little Cafe that makes an amazing avocado toast for about 100 czk. A must try!

The appartment is really nice. Everything was good and the localisation is the most point of this flat.

I stayed in the flat for 10 months and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was a spacious apartment in a good location. There's quite a bit of traffic noise when the windows are open, but it is easy to walk to shopping and dining areas, the metro and several tram lines, the river, and even to the old town (~20mins away). Wi-Fi was reliable, and the apartment was clean and full of character.

Stana is a very thoughful person. The only minor issue that happen during my stay was promptly solved. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and also is amazingly located in a cool neighbourhood of Prague, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, music venues and also with trams and metro to go to all city nearby.

I really liked the flat from Stana, it had some minor issues (no clothes iron) and wifi which wasn't broadband, just a mobile 4g router, which caused me a lot of headache.

Nevertheless the flat is terrific, spacious and sunlit. There's enough room to feel very good. Kitchen is well equipped and you can really get your cooking on. Also the neighborhood is great, because the flat is 200m away from Novy Smichov shopping center (with all amenities) and to get to the town center you just need to cross the bridge. All and all very good offer and comes recommended.
