Cozy studio apartment in the city center

I was really happy to stay at Richard’s place. He is very helpful, and always available if needed. The studio is small but practical, perfect for a shorter stay !

I really enjoyed the neighborhood. I found the location very convenient, as everything is easily accessible from there. There is a tram stop about a 7-minute walk away, with many different connections and transport options, which makes it a great place to get around the city.

There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as small shops. There is no large supermarket close by, but the area has everything you need for daily life. Overall, I really liked the neighborhood and found it a very pleasant place to stay.

V tomto prenájme sme bývali skoro jeden rok a boli sme maximálne spokojný. Všetko prebiehalo bez problémov, byt bol vo výbornom stave a komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola vždy skvelá. Môžem len odporučiť a ďakujem za príjemne bývanie

Very good location, perfect apartment for two People, near metro and in the city center. The host replied really quick to our messages and answered all our questions, also the garden with the table is a plus especially for summer.

It's a very safe neighborhood, with everything you need around you, like small shops cafes, fast food restaurants, supermarkets and there are also plenty of trams and connections with different lines of metro so it's really easy to explore Prague. If you study or work at Charles university it is really convenient with the tram.

Richard is an excellent landlord. I had no particular problem with the apartment during my staying.

Good flat in Prague 2

The flat was in a very good location, close to the city center. It is rather small but the price is also very affordable. Richard is a super friendly and careful landlord, it was a pleasure to know him.

the owner is very nice and helpful. The house is in a perfect location and there is everything you need. If we want to find a small flaw it is that there are no heaters where the toilet is. If I ever return to Prague I would not hesitate to contact him

the neighborhood is very quiet, nearby there is a police station and a few steps away there are the metro and tram stations and there is also the station for night buses.

This is a great flat, in the best location, and Richard was very kind and thoughtful with recommendations. The space was clean and amazing as advertised.

Richard was a very friendly and welcoming host. The reaction time to any question or request was almost instantanious. This stretched from things like an earlier arrival and handing over keys, solving issues with the internet or adjusting the contract. I cannot underline too much, how rare this is! The property itself was a little bit too cozy and had it's quirks, but hey, it was just as advertised and came with the whole flatio package (plus, some beer in the fridge ;-) ). So no surprises there. The location of the property is really good, making it a great place to slowly start to getting to know Prague.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay!

The not so nice side of Vinohrady and very busy due to the traffic of the 2 big streets. However, it is very centrale, pretty close to Wenceslas square and very well connected in terms of public transportation. The shopping opportunities are a bit poor with only Billa's (terrible service) and the usual Potravinys being reasonable close. This balanced out by all the restaurants, bars and cafes that can be found close-by as well as all the other shops.

The Fili Market is definetly the best Potraviny nearby, Folimanka Park and Vysehrad are a great place to do sports and the town centre with great places like the bookstore\restaurant Globe ais not too far away.

Very practical arrangement, excellent location, ideal apartment for single person or couple.

Central location but the apartment itself is very quiet. Shops etc. all very close, police station just round the corner.

Byt byl moderní, čistý a velmi útulný v perfektní lokalitě centru města Prahy. Komunikace s majitelem super.
Se vším jen naprostá spokojenost. Jen doporučuji. :)

Naokolo se nachází hodně restaurací, barů a hotelů, byť se nacházel ve velmi dobré lokalitě s perfektní dostupností na nejznámější místa Prahy jak pěšky tak hromadní dopravou která se nacházela jen 3 minuty od bytu.

Být se nachází přímo v centru, 8 min pěšky od Václavského a Staroměstského náměstí.

Very well localisated, very nice modern flat, with all equipment that we may use.
The landlord, Richard, is very gentle and helpful if needed.

Very well deserve by public transports, near to market, we can do everything by foot
