Welcome to The Mountain View Apartment in the friendly village of Murches, Portugal! The unique location between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon makes your stay an unforgettable experience. The famous Guincho beach is only a few minutes away.
Hiking, surfing, cycling, city tours or simply relaxing by the pool: In your air-conditioned Mountain View flat you can enjoy all this in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a new and modern building.
It has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine) and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. The flat is 30 square meters big and has a modern air condition for your full comfort.
A washing machine and a dryer are located in the basement. In the flat you will find your own iron, ironing board and clothesline.
The house is built ecologically and sustainably and offers the highest comfort. Enjoy a coffee in your little private garden or at the pool.
The bus stop to Sintra and Cascais is right outside the front door. In Cascais you can take the train to Lisbon.
We are a friendly German family with a cat and a small dog who would like to share their dream of living in Portugal with you. We offer you a warm family atmosphere and are always ready to help you.
The Mountain View Apartment is located in the typical Portuguese village of Murches between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon. The famous Guincho beach has a walking distance of 25 minutes (or 10 minutes by bike).
The bus stop directly in front of the house offers you a bus connection to Cascais (10 minutes). In Cascais you can easily take the train to Lisbon (35 minutes). Discover the beautiful old towns of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra (Unesco World Heritage Site), enjoy life in one of the quaint Portuguese restaurants or bars.

Caminhadas, surf, ciclismo, passeios pela cidade ou simplesmente relaxar à beira da piscina: No seu apartamento com ar condicionado e vista para a montanha, pode desfrutar de tudo isto num ambiente descontraído e familiar. O apartamento está situado no 1º andar de um edifício novo e moderno.
Tem uma sala de estar e de jantar com uma cozinha totalmente equipada (frigorífico, fogão, lava-loiça, micro-ondas, chaleira, torradeira, máquina Nespresso) e um quarto, bem como uma casa de banho com duche. O apartamento tem 30 metros quadrados e dispõe de um moderno ar condicionado para o seu total conforto.
Uma máquina de lavar e uma máquina de secar roupa estão localizadas na cave. No apartamento encontrará o seu próprio ferro, tábua de engomar e estendal.
A casa foi construída de forma ecológica e sustentável e oferece o maior conforto. Desfrute de um café no seu pequeno jardim privado ou na piscina.
A paragem de autocarro para Sintra e Cascais fica mesmo à porta da casa. Em Cascais pode apanhar o comboio para Lisboa.

A forma como pode cancelar uma reserva varia de acordo com o estado em que a reserva se encontra.
O pedido de reserva ainda está à espera da aprovação do senhorio? Então pode simplesmente cancelá-lo diretamente da aplicação A Minha Casa!
Contudo, suponha que o proprietário já aprovou o seu pedido de reserva, e já não está interessado no mesmo. Nesse caso, ainda pode cancelar a reserva antes de assinar o contrato de arrendamento. No entanto, só deve fazê-lo em situações excepcionais, dado que quanto o proprietário aceita a sua reserva, a propriedade deixa de estar disponível e pode levar à perda da oportunidade de arrendar a propriedade a outra pessoa.

We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment has a nice view and is warm, and sunny which is very appreciated during the winter. Ursula is very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her family is nice and friendly as well.
There is a nice nature and a beautiful park nearby. On the other hand, you will need to travel by car, bus, or bike to Cascais or Praia de Guincho as there isn't much to do in Murches. But it's just a couple of minutes away.

Very nice and calm. Beautiful park nearby for hiking or workout. Decent bakery just behind the corner and a small supermarket. Also, there are a few nice restaurants. What is a plus is the bus stop a couple of meters away and the electric bike stands are on the corner. For groups, it could be nice to go play paintball which is 500m away. But we didn't try it.

Communication with the hosts was very good before and during my stay. The flat was clean and as described in the photos. It has what is needed for a stay of a few weeks. The price point is hard to beat for the Cascais area. It is outside of the main centres but it takes about 15 minutes to get to Cascais by bus and the buses are fairly reliable. Personally I would recommend it for a short stay of perhaps up to a few weeks given the location that is outside of the main centres and the fact that you are sharing a house with a family of four.
