Apartment is in quiet and peaceful street, it has it's own terrace with natural shade and a grill. There is a garden with some homegrown fruits (availability depends on a season) that you can use for free .
One of the supermarkets is right near the bus station, other supermarkets, fish market and some very good fish restaurants are also within 5 min walking distance.
Nearest beach "Gabine" is five minutes of walking distance from the house. Pebble beaches stretch for about 4 km.
Apartment has two double bedrooms +1 extra bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room, very nice shaded terrace with garden furniture and grill. Apartment has air conditioning, TV, DVD, home theater. Linens, towels and everything you need will be at your disposal. Baby cots and toys are available.
Apartment has separate front door and a parking space.
City of Kaštela consists of seven smaller towns located near the sea, (administratively- the City of Kaštela) between two UNESCO towns of Trogir and Split-.. It is the city with the largest beach on the Adriatic Sea, which spans the entire length of the city, as well as a sandy beach Resnik (excellent choice for children).
From Kaštela it is easy to visit Trogir (15 min drive), Salona (25 min drive), Ethno Village Skopljanci (25 min drive), 30 min drive to Split, cave Vranjača 45min, Sinj horseracing track and sports airfield (panoramic flights and paragliding school) 40 min drive, 50 min to Primosten, Omis- Cetina canyon with rafting, waterfalls of Krka (1.30 h drive) and in just 30 minutes by ferry you can visit the islands of Brac, Solta, Hvar and Vis. 4 km from the house there is a seaplane base so you can go on one day trip to Croatian islands. Exit to the main highway is very near so that it’s possible to visit other tourist centers like Dubrovnik during the same day.
Kaštela offer excellent restaurants and many recreational facilities such as surfing, scuba diving, tennis, cycling as well as some one-day trips to nearby islands. With its summer offer, the town of Kaštela is open for all cultural tastes.
Classical music concerts are held in the Vitturi castle throughout the summer, along with various exhibitions. For those interested in traditional Dalmatian culture there are folk festivals (for example fishing or hunting themed festivals, where grilled fish and wine are either free or sold at symbolic prices while concerts and theater performances are held at town squares- piazzas) or the „Evenings of Dalmatian“ song, where Klapas (vocal harmony groups) perform.
Also nearby city of Split hosts Ultra Europe 2022 music festival in July (8-10.7), with house, techno and trance parties, all spread across huge main stages, clubs, beaches and more.
There is an organized transport from Kaštela to the festival location.
