Very nice, cozy and renovated apartment (48m²) is situated in district Letná where you can explore Prague´s picturesque streets. In a minute you get to the legendary cinema Bio Oko, which focuses on unconventional and art films. Veletrzni Palace with art exhibitions and theater Studio hrdinů. If you like wandering in nature, visit Stromovka Park, one of Prague's biggest parks, which hides the Gothic folly and Prague Planetarium. In 10 minutes you get to the Prague Exhibition Grounds, which hosts concerts and conferences. And there is also Křižík fountain with water show with lighting effects or Sea World aquarium.
In the vicinity of the apartment you can find restaurants, cafes and bistros, supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy and laundry.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. In 10-minute you get to the green metro line A or 8-minute to red metro line C.
The main room of the apartment is a bedroom, which also serves as a living area where you will find a dining table in addition to a comfortable double bed. You can also relax on the couch, which can be laid out for visits and comfortable overnight stays. The room has a wardrobe for your personal belongings and a TV to watch your favorite TV shows.

First of all, the host, Tomas, is a great guy, always available and never failed to help/assist us, no matter the situation. Everything we needed help with was done in a heartbeat and with a smile. Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect: he was very reactive, very flexible, making sure everything will be perfect for me, extremely kind.
The flat is really nice, rather big, lots of space, a good mattress, a desk if you do home office. quite good furnish for cooking and living for 1 month. You will feel at home!
it's a typical Prague building, with a high ceiling, that creates a good sensation of space.
the building was rather quiet, and the area is quiet.
Something to know (not a problem though): it's on the ground floor (but elevated floor, so people in the street don't see the flat !), so there is no really light in the flat, i went there during winter, grey weather, it's was pretty dark.
2 tips to upgrade the experience and make it more than perfect: it will be better to have another set of towel and bed sheet (quite a challenge to wash everything and have it dry for the night), and a 2nd bed cover even if you are just one person ;)
It will be nice to have more thick curtains (at night, the lights of cars is quite strong. There is a few cars passing by, but when you woke up it might be a bit agressive :)
As you see, it's only details. I recommend you this flat!

You will find everything you need: shops, malls, grocery stores, butcher, hipster shops, second hand shops. But also cultural life (Nova Spirala, museum, etc). Many trams stops, day and night.

The peculiarity of the apartment is that it is on the first floor and you will hear the sounds of closing the house's front doors and how the neighbors come in/out, especially early in the morning. But there's nothing you can do about it.

The flat is large and well situated. We spend two weeks in there. There is mall center with a Lidl grocery at 2 minutes walk, and the Main Street with various restaurants is 3/4 walk.
What we really like was all the parks around the area. Very nice if you are enough of Prague centre. Also lot of foreigners lives in the area . The Technical museum is one to not miss.
The kitchen has no toaster.

Prolongue a sua estadia com facilidade. Quer ficar mais tempo no apartamento? Sem problema. Se o proprietário confirmar que o apartamento está disponível, pode prolongar o contrato online. Da mesma forma, um contrato pode ser rescindido com um simples aviso de 30 dias, mais uma vez, online.

Preço tudo incluído. A renda inclui todos os serviços, incluindo utilidades e Wi-Fi, e não é cobrada a menos que exceda 15 % da renda. Isto poupa-lhe muita burocracia no momento da entrega do apartamento. Se um alojamento não oferecer Wi-Fi, isso é claramente indicado na página da listagem.

Sempre 30 dias antes. Independentemente da altura do mês em que se muda (início ou meio), a renda paga cobre sempre os 30 dias seguintes. Com a Flatio, o “mês” começa sempre na data da sua mudança e nunca pagará várias rendas ao mesmo tempo.

Tire fotos do apartamento. Recomendamos que você tire fotos mostrando o estado atual do apartamento no primeiro e último dia do arrendamento e nos envie as fotos. As fotos, junto com um relatório de transferência assinado, serão de grande ajuda ao lidar com qualquer situação desagradável que esperamos que nunca ocorra.

Para reservas de 180 dias ou mais, o(a) senhorio(a) exige uma caução reembolsável.
Tenha em atenção que a caução é um substituto total do plano de Stay Benefits. Por conseguinte, este plano que inclui um seguro de responsabilidade extra e de serviço de assistência não será aplicado a esta reserva.

Se estiverem reunidas as condições para a desistência e o senhorio não conseguir resolver o problema no imediato, tem a opção de desistir do contrato de arrendamento com um reembolso total. Também o ajudaremos de forma ativa a encontrar um alojamento alternativo e ficaremos consigo até que tudo esteja completamente resolvido.

Renda
Se cancelar a sua reserva 30 dias ou mais antes da data de mudança, receberá um reembolso da totalidade da primeira renda.
Se cancelar a sua reserva até 14 dias antes da data de mudança, receberá um reembolso de metade da primeira renda.
Se cancelar a sua reserva menos de 13 dias antes da data de mudança, não obterá o reembolso da primeira renda.
Taxa de serviço
A taxa de serviço é sempre reembolsável.
Se enviar uma mensagem para o Apoio ao Cliente da Flatio pedindo o cancelamento da reserva (“rescisão desde o início”) até 48 horas após o contrato de arrendamento ficar concluído, tem direito a um reembolso integral da taxa de serviço que pagou.
Após 48 horas, tem direito a um reembolso da taxa de serviço na forma de “voucher” de valor igual à taxa de serviço que pagou. Este voucher pode ser usado na sua próxima reserva e é válido por um período de 12 meses. No caso da taxa de serviço da sua próxima reserva ser inferior ao valor do voucher, emitiremos um novo voucher com o valor da diferença, válido por 12 meses.

First of all, the host, Tomas, is a great guy, always available and never failed to help/assist us, no matter the situation. Everything we needed help with was done in a heartbeat and with a smile. Great location between 2 beautiful parks, next to a shopping mall with almost everything you need and with good tram connection day and night. The flat itself is okay. The main room is spacious and the bed is comfy, the kitchen is quite small and for us (a couple that cooks a lot) just not fully satisfactory (it is manageable, oven, stove and microwave available, but really tiny space), the bathroom and separate toilet are nice. Big plus for the washing machine. All in all great for a midterm stay.

2 tips to upgrade the experience and make it more than perfect: it will be better to have another set of towel and bed sheet (quite a challenge to wash everything and have it dry for the night), and a 2nd bed cover even if you are just one person ;)
It will be nice to have more thick curtains (at night, the lights of cars is quite strong. There is a few cars passing by, but when you woke up it might be a bit agressive :)
As you see, it's only details. I recommend you this flat!

The flat is large and well situated. We spend two weeks in there. There is mall center with a Lidl grocery at 2 minutes walk, and the Main Street with various restaurants is 3/4 walk.
What we really like was all the parks around the area. Very nice if you are enough of Prague centre. Also lot of foreigners lives in the area . The Technical museum is one to not miss.
The kitchen has no toaster.
