Superbe appartement, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Budapest.
Parfaitement équipé, une vue incroyable sur le Danube et la Citadelle. Forcément accompagné d'un peu de bruit, mais rien d'anormal sachant que nous sommes en pleine ville, juste à côté de l'université ! Je suis resté 9 semaines dans cet appartement car j'effectuais un stage à Budapest, et je ne peux que vivement vous recommander cet appartement, peu importe la durée de votre séjour !
Excellent accueil du propriétaire, à l'écoute de vos besoins et de vos questions.
En bref, tout était parfait ! Encore merci ! :)

My stay was very nice as was my Host. The apartment is convenient and was well stocked with essential items. Upon move out day she arrived ahead of my requirement to leave for the airport. I will stay again.

I've stayed with her apartments several times. Eszter communicates in a timely manner. Any concerns are quickly addressed. Inside it is clean, cosy and has everything you need. Good hot water, Air-Con, Heat. all kitchen utensils. Wash machine. The apartment is in a good location for cafes, restaurants, food shopping, market hall. Metro, buses and trams are 2 minutes from the apartment.

Everything about the apartment was as presented. No surprises. The owner was very cooperative and informative.

There is no food shopping stores like SPAR, Aldi or Lidl. in the immediate area. The closest one is Lidl at Ferenciek Ter or Calvin Ter, both a 10-15 minute walk. There lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum Budapesztu. Można pieszo wszędzie dotrzeć. Mieszkanie jest czyste i nowoczesne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem mieszkanie Panią Eszter. Zdjęcia mieszkania na portalu Flatio są zgodne z rzeczywistością. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu .

W okolicy znajduje się największe targowisko Budapesztu. Mosty łączące Bude i Peszt ,Parlament oraz wszystkie restauracje. Rzeka Dunaj gdzie kotwiczą statki wycieczkowe.

It is a great location, very central, with a view of the Danube River. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a short stay. It is on the ground floor and on the central street, so it can be a bit noisy, but otherwise, everything was great. I want to add a special thanks to Esther because we arrived late at night and left at 4 a.m., and she was able to accommodate our arrival and departure times.

Very central, just 2 minutes to Vaci Utca, the Central Market, and the Danube embankment. It’s a great location to explore the touristic parts of Budapest.

Eszter is fantastic! She is concerned about the customer experience. And she wants to guarantee that the room is spotless, with all of the essential amenities. My wife and are were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience.

Fővám Tér is a busy square on the Danube, in the southern part of downtown Budapest. The flat is across the street from the historic Liberty Bridge, adjacent to the legendary Central Market Hall, and around the corner from a transit hub for trams, buses, and metro subways. The area is vibrant, busy, and picturesque.

Go across the bridge to Gellert Baths and spend several hours.
Along Váci Ut, dine at Rustico.
And throughout Budapest, just get out and walk. Exploring the neighborhood is like looking through a treasure chest!

The apartment was nice and well-maintained, with really beautiful views. The host was friendly and easy to contact. I had a good time staying at this place.

The location is fantastic. Close to the Market Hall, Metro, tram, buses. Ships, cafes, pubs in the immediate area. The university is a 5- minute walk. The apartment was well presented. It’s clean, and in good condition. Everything worked. The owner takes care about their apartment. There are enough basic furnishings to be comfortable. The TV was set up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.
It’s located on the street level. There’s a sidewalk and busy road way and tram right outside the window. It can be nosiy but you are in a great city center location. It’s going to be active. I travel with ear plugs for at night it was no problem for me. The other tenants are quiet. The apartment has good heat and air-conditioning to be comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend. I’ll be back.

Safe and cool neighbourhood.

Very friendly owner. The apartment was very clean. There is everything necessary for long-term living. Cozy and suitable for a comfortable stay of two people. A gorgeous view of the Danube River from the window. Convenient location, nearby is the subway, the famous city bazaar. We recommend these apartments. No significant negatives were found during 3 months of stay.

Eszter is very helpful and the apartment is lovely. The view is amazing during nighttime.

I stayed at this apartment for almost two months and everything went very well. The location is very convenient for daily shopping/transportation, the apartment is clean and functional, and the communication with the landlord is very smooth as well. Will definitely come back here when I visit Budapest again!

Eszter is very nice. The apartment is also very nice. I was having problems with the internet a couple weeks into my stay, but Eszter pestered the ISP until they fixed it. After that, there were no problems.
