The flat is very spacious and well-lit and is conveniently located. It’s on the top floor so it’s also very quiet. Marketa and Vitek are bery friendly and helpful landlords.

The neighborhood is quite residential and does not have any outstanding features, but it is conveniently located, good access to metro line and trams, many retail options (2 shopping malls and Lidl) and local groceries and Chinese food restaurants

Excellent landlord! The apartment is bright and comfortable, overlooking great park, close to public transportation, equipped with more than you need. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

This flat is really good. It is near to the metro station Českomoravská (2/3 minutes walking / 300 meters) and the Harfa shopping center (5 minutes walking / 500 meters), wich has an big Albert (Supermarket) inside. The flat is in the last level of the building, but there's an elevator. In the front side of the flat, there's some football and rugby courts and a park (Podviní). You can do some running/walking around and have a picnic at the park.
We had a good time and no problens in the 30 days stayed at this appartment. Thank you Markéta Binder and Vit Binder!

The apartment was great and the owner was fantastic. The flat was clean and nice with good comfortable furniture, a very bright and sunny space in the apartment and with good ventilation and even air conditioning. Location is very nice. Right across from a park, and close to tram lines and to the B metro. The owner was great, very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Absolutely no issues or problems. I would recommend 100% and plan to utilize for future stays in Prague.

The flat is very bright and actually feels like home. There is everything you need and can possibly imagine. Quiet neighborhood with a huge shopping mall in the area and just 300m away from metro and tram stations. Ideal for 2 people or a small family. We had a blast living there!
